If you really think TVL spent too much time handling Lestat's abuse at the hands of Gabriella then I dont know what to say to you. This is the most formative and traumatic relationship of his life and you think the show had too much of a focus on it??

I've seen people calling the storyline a 'fetish' of the writers and I could not disagree more. At what point was the intimacy between them portrayed as sexy or attractive or anything other than harmful?? These scenes were not included to make people happy. This story is not supposed to make you feel comfortable. It's a sickening situation and the show does not shy away from the feelings this kind of topic provokes in viewers.

I'm sorry the in-depth exploration of their relationship and the incestious abuse Lestat is put through that has shaped him as a character meant there wasn't enough screen time for Devil's Minion having crazy sex or Armand telling his whole backstory. Get over it and wait until next season. You can be upset about certain things not being included but don't try to say that the Gabriella and Lestat storyline wasn't incredible important and necessary. Just say you don't give a fuck about Lestat or his trauma.
