The daycare started with a cat, and a eclipse
A little story for my oc nebula. Gonna be multiple parts, this storyline will be full of love and angst, so please prepare.
The first time they opened there eyes, they saw each other. A cat, and a eclipse.
Eclipse being a calm but fun animatronic, a mix of baby blues and pastel yellows, mixing with bright blue eyes. His rays being a sunshine yellow with some orange spikes between each ray, his hat with a fluffy rim and shimmering stars, ending with a bell that jingles on the end.
The cat was alittle different, dark blue hair with yellow starry night yellow glitter mixed in, her white fur stood out, her eyes almost like swirling galaxy's. Her outfit was covered in stars and clouds. The clothes even mimicking that same galaxy look.
And eclipse, with a nebula.
They both smiled at each other, happy to finally meet, but before they could get to close, it was time to open the daycare. Both standing side by side, introducing themselves to the kids
"welcome to the superstar daycares grand Opening!!!" The eclipse spoke up first, his voice light and inviting. "we are so excited for all of you to join us and play! Now come on in everyone!" Nebulas voice spoke next, sweet and innocent, with a bunch of excitement. They complemented each other, down to the finest details. As they both pushed the doors open, allowing the crowd of children to rush in, ready to play. Eclipse handled the parents, as nebula ran around to play with the kids.
What nobody would notice, was the looks eclipse gave when she got close, the soft smile he had when he saw her picking up a child she just caught, the laughter she gave, and the joy she brought. Even if it was the first day.
The day going by smoothly, eclipse and nebula switching places every hour, even during nap time, where eclipse was made to help the children relax, nebula still helped out, grabbing the mats, catching those silly children that didn't wanna nap yet. Even making sure every single child was asleep before sitting down with eclipse.
She stayed quiet by his side. Ready to help when need be. Her eyes sparkled as she watched over the kids, but they didn't sparkle because of the kids.
She wouldnt admit it at first, but it was because of eclipse. She loved how calm and collected he could be, the way he swapped so quickly for playtime and nap time.
Nebulas energy wasn't just for the kids. Of course she was built to play with them and have fun, so was eclipse. But where eclipse was programmed to help calm the kids and get them to nap, nebula wasn't the same. She was programmed to play, and keep everyone safe.
That was her place, to gaurd and keep everyone safe. Fazbear made sure to have atleast one of them being a gaurd, with there long past and all.
Before they knew it, it was the end of the day, nebula delt with the parents, as the kids left one by one till nobody was left, was when they closed there doors and relaxed.
It was silent for only a moment, before eclipse spoke up "how bout we clean up, and maybe go watch a movie?" He said, almost shy in that moment
Nebula gave a soft but sweet giggle before answering "I love the sound of that."
They smiled to each other before cleaning, barrels getting sanitized and stacked, messes mopped, sweeped, or whipped down. Till the entire daycare was spotless.
Once it was all done and it was time to finally go to the theater, nebula held her hand out to him "shall we?" He only blushed but quickly smiled, grabbing her hand "let's go"
Interlacing there fingers, they walked to the theater.
There first day, was a complete success.
