#day61 I'll be logging off my personal instagram for the next 28 days as part of my next challenge. The first 30 day challenge with myself involved eating right and working out 5 days per week. Success. I lost 7.4 total pounds. The second 30 day challenge, which is also continuing into this challenge, was to eat an all vegetarian diet and workout at least 5 days per week. Success. I'm gaining muscle in places I didn't even know muscles existed. My next challenge is slightly more intense. It's 100% clean eating with six days of workouts per week. I'll see you all in 28 days to share my results.
