When you are worried and stressed it shows all over your face.” My immediate thought was “I have to do a better job at hiding my emotions.” Then like a freaking lightning strike...it hit me. “Girl no! What you need to do is spend more time making yourself happy!”

Don’t waste away trying to hide your true emotions! Instead, make it your obligation to live a life that allows every smile to be genuine, every laugh to be from the soul, and the peace from your heart to illuminate your being!
