Rohan dated Arcade during the events of New Vegas but they fell out (no pun intended) after he helped House stay in power. He stays and works for House after the events of the game. Decisions that haunt him post-game include destroying the brotherhood of steel bunker and nuking the NCR at the end of Lonesome Road.
