Hi! I'm fine, thanks. I'm not playing in Del Sol Valley at the moment, so I didn't even build this city. The only house I can recommend that I know of for Del Sol Valley is the Nantucket Nimiety by PXLplayground.

Since I carefully monitor my folder of mods and am quite selective about other people's buildings, I often build myself, but sometimes I use buildings I like both in alpha style and in maxis match (but I slightly redesign buildings in the maxis style for my game). First of all, I recommend that you do not use very old and bad cc that was made a very long time ago.

Seeing that post about people throwing jabs at Paralives got me smh. So TS4 can be priced fairly high off jump by a multi-million dollar corp. with SO many bugs, but a small team using patreon funding and etc can’t? The game is bound to have bugs.. hence it being under early access, but Sims 4 released even worse and with less features, tbh. It has sturdy bones, and that’s really all that matters when you look at The Sims literally caving in on itself, Inzoi being a shell of a life sim, and there being few options (to my knowledge) that are genuinely able to compete with this franchise.

Just remember what the Sims 4 was like in the beginning. The players were spitting from the view alone, and yet the game is successfully capturing a record-breaking community. Just remember that no game is going to be perfect.
