such a weird disorder bc sometimes theres weeks, maybe months? where i barely notice that i have it, i might just blink or hum a little, its no problem at all. And then suddenly im in a phase where its actually disabling like its dangerous to walk around because i cant control my eyes and im having vocal tics to the point of pain and shortness of breath. And its so jarring every time
