Sometimes I talk a lot and sometimes I don’t talk at all and somehow both are embarrassing
How is bnha anime of the decade...... they aren’t even anime of the hour of the minute of the second
The notes on this post were so toxic that staff just axed em
1969.........
Yes, when the original post is deleted from the server (not just the blog, but the Tumblr servers), there is no root post for notes to be added onto, and also no root post for time to be counted from, so it starts from zero. Most computer operating systems use Unix, which was launched in 1971 with t.he epoch date of midnight on January 1, 1970 as 1. Therefore zero is one second behind that date: December 31, 1969. Also, very unfortunately, this also means nobody except you and anyone you reblog it to will see this explanation, as you cannot open the notes to see comments when there are no notes.
I hate having banger fanfic ideas. What do you expect me to do? Write them down????????????
Super powers au, where Neil is a shapeshifter and can change his appearance and Andrew is a telepath, so he can tell who Neil is, no matter what he looks like does anybody hear me, is this thing on
aus where nicky adopts andrew and aaron when they’re (younger) children could be so heartbreaking like i like it makes me so emotional to think about. like nicky finding out about what they’ve been through when theyre older would be sad enough i fear it’d be so much worse if they were younger stop ☹️☹️☹️
andrew and neil getting so hype about kevin covering his tattoo that they have to make out for the rest of the night has gotta be the craziest thing to survive from the kandreil drafts
okay this scene makes me INSANE:
neil reaching over to touch andrew's heart before neil gets lost in his more brutally violent memories is so so precious to me what do you MEAN.
in every way neil is kept grounded by andrew by physical touch. andrew stepping closer to neil and taking his weight, andrew's hand on the back of his neck, and now, neil reaches out to him for that comfort even though he knows it "crosses a precarious line" and andrew lets it be
butchfemme kandrew. TO ME.
The idea of Nicky knowing the Twinyard’s go to ice cream orders is SO near & dear to my heart;
Just imagine you’re sat w your twin brother and you’re both having shitty days bcs #lingering childhood trauma and abuse & your sunshine-esque older cousin comes in who ALSO has his own issues and trauma he’s had to deal with but he’s done his absolute best to take good care of you all the same and he’s got the BIGGEST smile on his face just from the sight of you AND your fav ice cream cone like. omfg

stuck in a time loop thinking about Kevin who finally convinces Andrew to eat a salad only to regret all of his life choices up to and including leaving the nest once he sees the way that the blond eats every. single. leaf. one at a time. Kev finds himself sitting there for hours on end and crashes out SO HARD after that & he refuses to ever ask Andrew to eat green food EVER again
The weather was mild and cool for July. Especially in Stuttgart, where the heat wave hadn't hit yet. Nicky smiled, enjoying the breeze as he sat on a log under a tree.
The playground was bustling and crowded. The children were playing, running, shouting, laughing, and smiling.
Except for one child.
Nicky gently bit his lip, worried, and stood up to approach the swing where the little boy was swinging alone, far from the others.
“Don’t you want to join them, Andrew?” Crouching down in front of the little boy, Nicky smiled, reassuring and encouraging him.
Andrew wasn’t even 5 yet, and yet he looked barely 3. Nicky would have been concerned about his small stature if he hadn’t watched Aaron grow up.
The little boy gently shook his head. Nicky wasn’t discouraged, though.
“Do you want me to push you on the swing?” Andrew shook his head and climbed down from the swing. Nicky suppressed his disappointment. Today wouldn’t be the day his cousin—18 years his junior—would make friends.
“Okay. Let’s go home. Do you want to hold my hand?” Andrew nodded, slipping his little hand into Nicky’s.
Nicky felt a wave of warmth and joy as they left the park together.
“Erik made an apple strudel—would you like a slice for snack time?” The little hand squeezing his a little tighter and the slight nod were enough.
It had been barely four months since Nicky and Erik had adopted Andrew. And only five since they’d discovered he existed.
At just 23 years old, the two men had never thought they’d one day have the chance to be parents. Until Tilda Minyard.
/ / / /
Tilda Minyard, née Hemmick, was born eight months before Nicky. It was an unexpected birth for a couple who already had a 20-year-old son who had just gotten married.
Tilda was his aunt, but Nicky never saw her that way. She was his cousin. His friend. Even though his father didn’t want Nicky to see her.
When Tilda got engaged to Arthur Minyard, Nicky sent her a congratulatory letter from Stuttgart. That same evening, they spoke on the phone. Tilda was happy. And Nicky was relieved to know that his little aunt was with a good man.
When Arthur called off the engagement, Nicky didn’t understand right away. It took him nine months to figure it out. Nine months before Tilda called him, in tears, asking for help.
Nicky and Erik had taken the first flight out right after that. A few hours later, they met Aaron. One month old.
Tilda hadn’t told him anything, but Nicky knew. Aaron wasn’t Arthur’s son. Yet she had given him his last name.
Nicky and Erik had been involved in Aaron’s upbringing, traveling to the U.S. as often as possible to give Tilda—who was suffering from severe postpartum depression—some relief. They loved being there. Aaron was adorable. He even called them “Uncle Nicky and Erik.”
They thought they’d be content with that role for the rest of their lives, since adoption for same-sex couples takes months or even years. That’s what they thought.
“You and Erik would make wonderful parents.” Nicky smiled at her gratefully, not expecting to hear something so lovely on his wedding day. In his arms, four-year-old Aaron was fast asleep after doing a wonderful job as the flower boy.
“Thanks, Til. We’d love to have some if we could. Preferably one just as cute as Aaron.” Nicky was joking, but when he saw the pain and regret in his young aunt’s eyes, he wondered what she seemed to be holding back from telling him.
He didn’t find out until he returned from his honeymoon, when, lying next to his husband, Nicky received a call from Tilda.
“There were two of them, Nicky. They were twins. I gave one up.” Nicky was in shock.
“His name?”
“Andrew.”

– Ja. Mehr denn je.“

What if Nicky was way much older than the cousins and had adopted them ?
Poor Andrew, he'll have to hear about Trojans and Exy again.
I never want to see an Aftg show series I’m so sorry I just know they’d fuck it up and I can’t have that 💔
One day, while Neil and Andrew were grocery shopping, a child bumped into Neil and stared blankly at his face, not saying a word. He then stared at him from opposite ends of the store for the next ten minutes. Neil, accustomed to such attention to his scars, ignored the boy until, by an unfortunate coincidence, they found themselves in the checkout line with him.
Then Neil awkwardly began to look away, seeking some solace in Andrew's imperturbable face, while the child continued to stare at him, barely blinking. What troubled Neil most was that he couldn't understand the child's expression. Children's facial expressions are usually predictable—fear, disgust, embarrassment, curiosity. Neil encountered similar expressions almost daily and had long since stopped paying attention, but this child's face was completely expressionless.
Eventually, the boy's mother noticed her child's intense attention, smiled nervously at Neil, and sheepishly asked her son in German (hoping they wouldn't understand) why he was staring so inappropriately. The boy sincerely replied, "He's so handsome."
Andrew would give Neil a condescendingly satisfied look, and Neil himself would cherish this casual compliment for months to come.
