The last 10 years have nearly destroyed me on so many levels, but I'm still here. Today I start living for me, the ones I care for, which are the ones that care for me. Caring goes both ways. If you don't care about me I'll move on, but don't get it twisted when I stop caring as well. Life is too short to waste on negative. I'm an awesome man that will have an awesome life with the right woman, if she steps up. I've been single long enough to know to value the right woman and pass on the rest. My journey of fitness starts back today. If you've had no time for over weight me, expect the same when the healthy me is reborn. Real Talk: Life hasn't been easy for anyone and I know this. Over the past years I lost my mom and my heart was ripped from my chest. I tried to give her the best life as she did raising me. I think about her all the time, the tears never end. I know she wants me to be happy and find love in my life. I was told what I'm feeling is the same as losing a spouse, except I got to experience losing 2 parents dying in my arms. It never gets easy and the nightmares never fade. I haven't dated in such a long time, I haven't even kissed a woman in years. If I build a wall and stay single I'm an outcast, If I openly seek help to find love I'm pathetic and undesirable. Last year I faced death 2 times and my body feels like it's falling apart. I'm working hard to get healthy again. Everyone is quick to praise I got this, then just as quick to leave when I need a friend to take a walk with. Everyone loves a hero, but is just as curios to see the hero fall. I've been living alone and feel like I'm all alone in this town. People say to talk but when I do all I accomplish is distance. If I don't talk I'm another Robin Williams, if I do talk I feel like I'm viewed as irksome. Sympathy isn't what I seek. Understanding and compassion is what we all need. Even as I'm down I hope to inspire. I know everyone has a sad story to tell. We all need to help build each other and inspire. I've been praying for so much lately not only for others but for myself as we need it now more than ever. I think GOD told me last night while sleeping to get my health and house in order and everything will fall in place. I made it through my first week of actual lifting. I can't believe 6 months since my surgery and ketoacidosis. My sugars are finally almost normal, my skin shoulder is starting to heal. I've lost about 80% of my strength, but I'm looking close to the best I've looked in 20 years. I'll post some pics once I've made more progress. Remember everyone if I can do it so can all of you. Hurt my shoulder yesterday and almost canceled p.t. today. I decided to not let this keep me from necessary medical so I'm here. Since I have a small amount of food I might as well shop after. I just had a urine test and an xray on my back for another problem not mentioned before. My first time wearing a mask and it's difficult to breath, did anyone else have this problem??
