I came to college with my best friend. First semester was really good even though we didn’t really have any other friends. This semester another friend from high school transferred here. We have other friends now but I feel like these two are better friends now and every time I hang out with them I feel like a third wheel. It really sucks and idk what to do, I told them kind of what I was feeling and they said they were sorry but one of them just told me that in groups of three one usually feels left out. I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do but this really sucks. I’ve never felt this lonely before.
