How was this his life? Seriously? An hour ago, Stiles was crouched in a damp alley trying to catch a glimpse of that rich guy walking into a brothel. He even had his camera to get a picture, just in case they wanted to run it with his article. But no. That was not his life apparently. Because now, he had his hands bound behind his back and a bag pulled over his head and he was stuffed in the backseat of a car, the engine chugging away, taking him and his two abductors to god knew where.

Holy shit. He was going to die.

Stiles get grabbed by some mobsters when he is trying to spy on them for his job. They take him to Derek Hale who is basically instantly smitten with this fiesty lil guy. :D

He basically makes Stiles move in with him and immediately share his bed, but it takes a long time for them to even kiss....

There is some beautiful art included with this fic...so gorgeous!!!

I would say the only negative would be getting used to the era-appropriate dialogue used for certain words..at the start it stalled my brain a bit but after a lil while you get used to it.

Derek is a bit antisocial, partly because he has had a few bad experiences in love. So he stays home when his sisters like to go out clibbing. He gets a msg from Laura who has seemingly kidnapped some poor human and she isnt sure WHY but she know she wont be albe to let him leave her place and asks Derek to come help her.

Guess who is the cutey that she kidnapped...i bet you guys will never guess! LOL!!!

This was really fun and cute. I loved how keen Stiles was from the minute he saw Derek, though Derek kept trying to slow things down to be sure Stiles was sure. :D

A Crooked Way to Fly (15k)

“We can’t just leave him here to die.”

“He’s an emissary, Scott.” Derek tried to make his tone empathetic, but Scott’s tendency to fight back on everything always grated on his nerves. “His pack is gone, he won’t survive more than a day or two either way.”

“Then we should stay with him.”

Derek sighed as he studied the man for a moment; he was too pale against the fur rim of his hood, almost grey from lying out in the snow, and his cloak was stained with dark dried blood around a protruding arrow shaft. It was unlikely he would even last the night. They would probably be able to carry on in the morning with little time lost, if any.

It wasn’t a horrible idea, Derek decided reluctantly. They hadn’t been able to set up a real camp for a few weeks in the open foothills, and they were all on edge from sleeping in exposed areas. A defensible place to sleep would be good for them, even if they were surrounded by death. They would be able to give the pack proper burials, at the very least.

“Fine. One night,” Derek relented, already moving away to check on Isaac. “He’s your responsibility.”

This is a cool read. Stiles is still in HS, though at one point it does say he is 18. I really loved how much the lads were drawn to each other straight away.The mystery of whats happening in town was kinda easy to figure out but it didnt stop me from enjoying this. :DThe fanart that goes with this story is gorgeous too! :D

I have had this fixc open in a tab on my browser for ages, and it isnt HUGELY long, but i kept prioritising under 10k fics or reading other longer fics by authors i already knew i loved.

But I finally read this and its really good. Derek is being held prisoner by a bunch of hunters who capture weres and magic users. the weres they treat like shit, but the magic users they convince through not so nie means to work for them.

Derek is kept away from the other weres coz kate the bitch like to torture him. Stiles is captured and has his magic drained. they put him in the same prison as derek (though different cells) temporarily till his magic grows back. they become friends. :D

this was a really good fic. good world building. some cool original characters. definately worth the read!

Sterek sees Derek ina grocery store carrying around a lilttle kid and is like all ‘woah too hot’ and as the description says wipes out a pyramid of ornages. Derek comes over to help pick them up and as he leans close to Stiles the lil baby pukes on Stiles.

Great first impressions all round! :D

The next time they meet Stiles is babysitting Scott ans Allisons little boy.

And they start spending time together. Derek is an author and Stiles is a teacher....though you dont hear about any of his actual teaching in the fic. Most Hales, apart from laura sem to be alive, so thats nice.

Its fluffy and sweet and includes a werewolf reveal.

Stiles obsessing about him goes on for some time with nada indication of reciprication from ol Derek. :D

Derek gets a bit grumpier as his next show approaches but he doesnt have enough models and Stiles wanting to spend time with him offers to.......ITS ALL SO EXTREMELY AWKWARD.

But after some misunderstandings they eventually start spending time together...though Stiles is still unsure where he stands, and just as things are looking up he finds out some news that could derail everything.

I PROMISE ITS A HAPPY ENDING - BUT this was written by the same person who wrote Cornerstone (still one fo my all time favourite Sterek fics) so expect some good serious break your heart angst before it comes good ok? Its WORTH IT MY LOVES!!!

My fave bit was prob when Derek turned into a wolf and all his wolf wanted was to protect and be safe somewhere with Stiles. awwwwww

Lots happening in this one. Werewolves are known, and there is a thing called Alpha LAw. Stiles-baby meets Derek and gets up in his face and then Derek bites him as a show of dominance....but Stiles bites him back and that basically declares them as mated in the eyes of the law.....good times.

So Stiles has to go live with Derek, and ho boy is he attracted and all but he is still ‘i have self confidence issues' boy so has trouble believing Derek actually wants him.....despite all behaviours to the contrary. :D

Throw in a rogue running around killing peeps, and some people beleiving it might be Derek doing the killing, mainly coz the rogue seems to sort of be following our boy Stiles.

Anyways its definately a good read, i really enjoyed it and didnt want to STOP reading even though I had things to do. :D Lots of good porny times with the boys too.

Kate is a kind of psycho-Alpha who has messed Derek, an omega, up coz he doesnt conform to Omega-stereotypes. He manages to split from her, but then his company is going to have a shared Xmas party with hers and he is freaking out about seeing her.

Some workmates introduce him to Stiles, an alpha, who also defies some of its stereotypes, who agrees to pretend to be Dereks new partner for the party.

Shockingly enough the lads are rather attracted to each other. :D

Prepare for Kate being a loon and Derek having real issues with her. Very angsty, but the sterek stuff is all good.

The war between the fox and wolf clans has raged for centuries, ignited in a time before anyone can remember. Now both clans—tired of the bloodshed and hate—are searching for a way to end the war.

Crowned prince Stiles Stilinski—heir to the fox clan—has agreed with his father to meet with the Hales, the ruling royal family over the wolf clan. Under the counselling of the Druids, both clans are presented with a solution to the war: unite the Stilinski and Hale clans through marriage. To quell their people’s anger, both Stiles and Derek—eldest living Hale Alpha—are urged to accept the other as an equal; as their mate.

For the sake of their people, both houses make the ultimate sacrifice by choosing duty over love. But, out of what was first assumed to be compromised, quickly turns to be a better match than either could have hoped for. But not all is easy for either clan, as some members refuse to believe that the war could end so easily.

“Prince Stilinski,” one of the druid guards opened the doors to the throne hall, eyeing both Stiles and Scott.

“Yes?” Stiles asked, releasing Scott as he turned to look at him. He wanted to roll his eyes at the look the guard was giving him. He hated it when people automatically assumed Scott was Stiles’ consort. The idea made him feel dirty, feeling as if someone suggested he be bed by his brother.

“Your father has spoken,” the guard stated. “You now may enter,” he moved to the side to allow Stiles enough room to enter.

Stiles nodded, taking a deep breath before walking forward, to what he feared was his doom. He felt a wave of relief the moment he locked eyes with his father, who offered him a small smile of encouragement. The comforting moment was ruined the minute he felt the heat of eyes on him, causing the hair on the back of his neck to stand up. His eyes quickly flickered over to the family that sat at the table across the hall.

Stiles could immediately tell that they were the Hales. They all look alike. They all look like her … He was haunted by her face ever since that day. Haunted by eyes that were at peace from a lifetime of war; eyes that thanked him, even though he couldn’t save her.

The eldest woman carefully watched him move, her eyes observing and evaluating him, as if she was waiting to see him perform something. The man next to her gently rubbed his hand over her shoulder in a reassuring manner, suggesting that whatever his father had said when addressing them upset her wolf. She must be Queen Talia. He was uncertain who the other man was. He knew King Andrew had been murdered a few years ago, leaving the Hale family vengeful for the taste of fox blood.

Stiles’ eyes moved to the man sitting next to Queen Talia, and instantly wished he hadn’t. He immediately locked eyes with him, seeing the same beautiful green eyes that Laura had. His eyes, however, spoke volumes for how he felt about Stiles, and none of it was friendly. His cold glare caused Stiles’ fox to whimper and cower back, knowing that a predator was in the room with him. An angered predator. And that must be Derek.

If you come here by some strange chance..I am not planning to do any reblogging here, just share fics from Ao3....but then again i might reblog good fics i find on tumblr too now that i think about it.....

ANYWAYS so I keep wanting to do sterek fic rec posts but i am lazy and i read so many and compiling is a BITCH! So I have made ths blog so I will only share my absolute faves here with some comments...then I can easily make a rec post on my main tumblr blog or my wordpress blog down the track.

So thats what this blog is all about.....no plans for other content.
