Watch Jensen pretending to be Leonardo DiCaprio in "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood".

pleaseeeeee someone find this Jensen misha clip you are talking about đđ
Oh it's from WAY back I don't know if anyone has it anymore!!!
And Jensen's just picking his nose like no one's there!
Ph gosh, how much I missed Sera gamble the last seasons.
Yeah she was an excellent writer than really understood Sam. There's a reason that she went on to be successful.
she is successful because she can write emotions, and that is what people need these days. All other writers in SPN were macho men who could write actions but couldn't do in-depth emotional scenes
She also understood how men were with emotions. She knew that they didn't talk as much as women do with what's going on with them but also knew how to write them emotionally in spite of that. The later writers were more interested in cartoon version of the characters, highlighting extras over the mains, and cheap humor that didn't work. Remember that cringe scene with Lucifer and the boys acting like his therapist? Jared was not happy he had to pretend his characters history with Lucifer didn't exist for this stupid ass scene.
Exactly why Spn lost most of its charms towards the end season. They were nothing but fan servicing, writers knew shit about the show and hardly knew anything about writing emotional scenes. All they could was write smart ass action script; no depth nothing. They are the reason why there were inconsistencies in the characters. Sam remained consistent because of Jared.. he refused to take any BS about his character . Whereas Dean became the most inconsistent character because Jensen didn't care and sucked up to Writers for screen time and be the surviving guy we all knew why.
Imagine, the writing got so bad that JDM had to take it on himself to rectify John's character. In favor of fan servicing, writers destroyed John's character, and JDM called them out on that.
The later writers were more interested in cartoon version of the characters, highlighting extras over the mains, and cheap humor that didn't work.
So, so, so true! I missed a lot of episodes from s.12 on, because it got so ridiculous. Especially Buckner-Leming, they loved Mark Pellegrino.
like cannot emphasize enough that spn fandom looked at a relationship where the person with more power said âyou need to do what I say because youâre not capable of making Morally Correct decisions on your own. your worth as a person is directly proportional to how happy youâre making me. you have no real choice in whether you stay with me or not because I will Make you stay with me by whatever means necessary.â
and over and over again, they went âso true bestie. how selfish and cruel of your partner to displease you at allâ
the "Sam is not a woman or child, he is not a weak victim" is probably the WORST thing camed from them because woah it's almost like victims generally can't leave their abusers(what do you mean not all victims are self aware perfect human beings) or man can't get abused( terf vibes)
Also how can people see Dean hitting Sam A LOT OF TIMES and just say
"Bu-but Sam was so mean to Dean that one time!!! H-he is so abusive!!"
Or
"Dean didn't hit Sam the times i want him to hit him so he is not abusive actually he is not hiting him enough."
Yeah i saw the last one on reddit
Oh yeah. We've had this argument for over a decade now and it never stops being infuriating.
Like, these people need to make some special mental gymnastics in order to feel morally superior for liking Dean. And they were so mad when other people argued with actual examples of the show instead of fanfiction metas.
Someone needs to make a prize for all the Sam fans that survived to season 9 and season 10 fandom. At times it was an uphill battle.
They know that punching someone is rarely a reasonable response, right?
I know its beens awhile but what did you think of S15 as a whole?
As a whole I think season 15 was an above-average season due to below-average execution and ended with a stellar series finale that added rewatch value not just for season 15 but also all of 15 seasons.
Season 15 started and ended with callbacks to previous seasons; from season 1's woman in white and Sam's goal of returning to a normal life, to season 5's Dean's time in hell as Alastair's apprentice and bringing closure to Adam Milligan, to season 8's endgames for Sam and Dean.
The first half of the season 15 was about free will vs determinism, with Sam representing the former and Dean representing the latter. Sam and Deanâs confrontation with God parallels how they've reacted to family and authority their entire lives: Sam challenged Godâs Divine decree over His Creation while Dean accused God of abandoning His Creation. When Abraham spoke with his heart and mind to God over His plan to destroy Sodom & Gomorrah, it led to Abraham transcending himself, leading the way for God, and becoming the father of faith. Metaphorically it's all about lessons in honest, meaningful relationships with our fellow human beings.  People often suppress their true selves and principles for the sake of avoiding conflict instead of taking the relationship a step further into a place of sincerity.  From season 11 to 14, Sam and Dean spoke their hearts and minds to God and the brothers' relationship became at its strongest, never wavering even when occasional arguments sprouts up because they were honest with each other.
Sam and God became connected through Sam's hope which manifested in their identical wounds. Secular-based hope is about anticipating something good to come in the future.  Sam has hope in a better future, so Chuck showed him a bleak future to make his lose that hope.  Once Sam lost his hope, God leaves.  Thatâs pretty much what happens to people in real life, when they lose hope, they feel there is no God or God abandoned them. Another physical manifestation of a bleak future is Dean's old friend who retired from hunting, Lee, who became so corrupted that Dean is forced to kill him.
The return of Sam and Dean's half-brother, Adam, brings welcome closure. Â Adam is not out for revenge as he acknowledged his own culpability for agreeing to vessel-ship in the first place. Â Him and Michael only having each other for 10 years in the Cage led to their codependent-symbiotic-ish relationship that parallels Sam and Dean to some extent. Â
I like to call the second half of season 15 the "Dean redemption tour" where side characters were used to address Dean's unresolved issues in order for him to be good enough for Sam in their eternal afterlife. Normally whenever Dean interacted with side characters it is about the side characters, not Dean (see example here and here). But when the formula is reversed, it becomes a bit disjointed, and the audience picked up on it. The final redemption act target Dean's anger issues that both Amara and Chuck discussed.
Chuck: This is my ending. My real ending.Â
Very next scene:Â *Dean pulls a gun on Sam*
Deanâs been so obsessed with having free will that heâs actually following Chuckâs writing. As usual Sam broke through to Dean, in effect breaking Chuckâs influence. Then a very mad mad Chuck shows up.
Chuck:Â âAre you kidding me? After all that, you did it again!â
Then 15x18 happened. Ignoring the hilarity of that scene, the speech was supposed to remind the general audience that Dean is A HERO before he dies two episodes later. By 15x19, free will vs determinism comes to a conclusion.  Michael and Lucifer betrayed the Winchesters and succumb to determinism, fulfilling their destiny to destroy each other. Sam and Dean manipulated Michael to lure Chuck into a trap to replace him with a new God, Jack. Chuck is left only with human frailties and for the first time Chuck has no idea what happens next, bringing the free will theme to a full circle. Â
Due to interactions with Sam, Rowena became the new queen of Hell while Jack becomes the new God of Heaven. Jack promises Sam that He will have a hands-off approach and people donât need to pray or sacrifice to Him. Jackâs perception of humanity is distilled down to, âWhen people have to be their best, they can be.âÂ
Before the story ends, the protagonist is supposed to accomplish their primary goal that had kept them driven and move the story forward. Samâs goal was attaining normal life, it was never about eradicating monsters to extinction or avenging his motherâs death. In fiction it always seems like the main character want many things, but there is always a primary goal.  Harry Potter gets dragged into many subplots such as conflicts with his best friends, romantic misfires, and incidents with secondary characters, however his main goal was always to defeat Voldemort and that's what the audience is holding out to see. Sam Winchesterâs journey is flipped from Harry Potterâs; Sam gets dragged into many subplots of saving the world, defeating the Big Baddies, and conflicts with his brother, however his main goal was always to have a chance at a normal life. But this can't happen while Dean is still alive.
Dean has everything he wanted: Sam and hunting. Dean is a complete person; he doesnât need anything else. But Sam had given up just about everything so that Dean wouldnât be alone. 15x16 reminded the audience that Sam wanted out of the hunting life since he was a child. Sure, Sam is very good at his job and even became a leader, but they always made sure to show that Sam doesnât have passion for the family business other than saving peopleâs lives. Claire Novak shows way more enthusiasm for the job. But Dean would never retire from the hunting life. Even when Michael gave Dean a fantasy life, Dean still conjured up monsters so he can fight and kill them. As long as Dean is alive, Sam will never be free to pursue a normal life. Think back to Dean's speech in season 8 telling Sam to pursue his normal life only after Dean dies with a gun in his hand and a smile on his face.
The pivotal barn scene in the 15x20 finale was genius, bringing the series to full circle with callback to the pilot, fleshing it out, adding backstory to Deanâs pov that brings his fear, need, relief, and love to stark relief. It hurt like hell, and at the same time, cathartic because Dean was honest.  The way Dean said, âCome here. Let me look at you. There he is!â Thatâs Dean in dad mode, the parental figure to Sam. The show reminded the audience in 15x18 that Dean raised his little brother. Still in dad mode, Dean then tells Sam that he is proud of him. Itâs what every son wants to hear from their dad.
Dean then goes into brother mode and tells Sam he admires his strength even when they were children. Samâs strength is such that Dean was afraid that Sam doesnât need him. Fearing rejection, he stood outside of Samâs dorm for hours before finally going to Sam because itâs always been Sam and Dean, and Dean canât comprehend if he didnât have Sam.Â
From there Dean gives Sam his blessing to keep living his life.  âI love you so much, my baby brotherâ. Samâs reaction was pure and raw, he has always been honest about his wants and needs but craves Deanâs approval to pursue them, and now he has it.  Samâs faith in Dean went answered with Dean saying how proud he is of Sam, how much he admired Samâs strength so that Sam knows he is strong enough to go on living without Dean. Â
Another reason why the barn scene is genius is the pilot callback sets up Sam and Deanâs reunion in New Heaven as pilot 2.0. From there they will build their relationship just as Sam and Dean. They are at peace without monsters disrupting their lives, without vindictive angels disrupting their afterlives, and without childhood angsts weighing them down. They have both freedom and peace.
This applies to all of the hunters. Jackâs New Heaven is like a retirement home for hunters where they can enjoy their peace and socialize with their friends and loved ones and even upgrade themselves to the people they were meant to be on earth.
It seems better said like that than seeing it on TV.
AKA why there are a few (admittedly touching and lovely) quotes  from the show that just strike me the wrong way and give me the heebie-jeebies. YMMV.
I have the softest of soft spots for when Sam and Dean love each other and trust each other and watch each otherâs backs and care for each other, and heck if Iâm not quietly cheering them on from the sidelines with my bitter old crusty heart and hoping for better things.
Still, though, as it goes with most things, I donât blindly adore everything I see. I keep seeing these amazingly-crafted edits and gifsets and graphics of Sam and Dean that I wish I could reblog. My blog would blush to have something so lovely on it⊠but they often use quotes (namely âthere ainât no me if there ainât no you,â âdonât you dare think that there is anything, past or present, that I would put in front of youâ and âyouâre my weak spotâyou are, and Iâm yoursâ) that give me pause for very different reasons, and I want to talk about them. People are welcome to use them however they want, but these are the reasons why I wonât.
Uh, if my messy header didnât give it away, thereâs some pretty pointed fandom and series criticism under the cut (+ some implied Dean criticism). Proceed with caution.

Poignant meta about the out-of-context romanticization of quotes that are, in actuality, depressing, foreboding, or sinister.
The only thing I disagree with is the unaired scene cited of Dean bullying Sam into finishing the last Trial not being canon. The scene went through multiple layers of approvals from the writing team, producers, and directors, was fully shot, made it all the way through post-production, and was deliberately included on the publicly available DVD set. The only reason it didnât air originally was due to time constraints. I would argue that it was fully intended as canon and should be treated as such.

I hope I can vent here for a second. I genuinely do not understand why anyone gave him a pass on that one. Had that been someone like Joe Jonas, Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Mike Tyson, Pedro Pascal even, they would not have been given a pass and it would have been all over main news media sites. He wouldn't be making that joke if he knew any of the children that were sexually abused by priests for decades or what happened with the Boy Scouts. There are just some things you don't make a joke about. His Brendan Fraser The Whale joke he made was bad enough, as were some other jokes he made over the years, but in this day and age, there is no more excuse. I don't personally know anyone affected by the abuse people of those two institutions enacted, that I'm aware of I should say, and I would never ever make that joke. As gross as Misha can be, even he didn't make that joke. Even if he wanted to play along, he shouldn't, not after he was so vocal about the mass graves found in Canada and the atrocities committed by the churches up there against Native children for decades.
Any AA that defends that joke Jensen made is a heartless asshole that needs to get their heads checked as soon as possible.
Now, that all being said, I think he's saying worse and worse things lately for two reasons. The first is I think this is really him and he just doesn't give a fuck anymore. Like he'll still try to tell people what he thinks they want to hear but more and more lately, he gives a very no fucks given vibe. Whether that's due to what happened with The Winchesters or Rust or whatever, that's the vibe he gives off. The second is I think he says assholish shit like this at certain points because he's trying to give off a Soldier Boy vibe, sort of selling that character since a lot of people speculate he'll be returning for The Boys' last season. Sort of like he used to dress as Dean with the flannel and jeans, and then like Beau when Big Sky was airing. I could be wrong but that's the vibe I got when he went "oh, that's too far?"
I'm curious as to what your thoughts are. Not about the joke, we all know it was disgusting and highly inappropriate, but about why he presents himself like this sometimes. And why he always seems to get a free pass the more he ups the ante on being an asshole.
Jensen's self image is warped by his sychopant fans and his deluded wife. He has no personality of his own and instead tries to inject in himself the attributes of the characters he gets cast as because he mistakes characters for branding. Branding is who You are not who your character is. Branding is that unique essence you bring to your character.
Sorry to say but this is what happens when a man who lacks culture and studies gets hyper praised to the point where he loses his sensitivity towards others. Jensen has a one sided view in life, anyone who disagrees with him is automatically a bully. He is just like his sychopantic fans. He can't perceive the world in all of its layers and that's endlessly sad for someone who claims to be an artist.
He claims he wants to bring light to the world or whatever will earn him approval but then acts like a jock who is bullying his friends.
At the end of the day, Jensen is a subpar actor who lacks culture in an industry where people are now multihyhyphenated and multicultured. It would do him good to be more grounded and realize that his influence can help people when it is used with the intention to help, rather than when it is squandered on incredibly inappropriate jokes and behaviors (getting superdrunk at cons is a superbad example).
Being praised in a one sided way has clearly gone to his head. That terrible joke is not the first time he demonstrated a lack of empathy and self awareness. I really wish he had good role models around him but he's married to the queen of bullying so why are we even surprised when he acts like a mindless, self centered jock?
Jensen needs to grow up. A lot. Thank you for allowing me to vent, I have tears in my eyes as I am writing this, I am just so sad he's turning out to be such a disappointment on so many levels. You see, you are definitely not alone in your need to vent and thank you so much for expressing things in an honest, open way. AAs forget what honesty and having values means because they forego their own values and replace them with the perceived ones from Jensen. It pains me to say this because I saw so much in him but...Jensen is no rolemodel.
Don't believe in false idols, they let you down every time. He has pretty privilege and is used to others doing the dirty work. When he was younger, I saw a spark of wit and emotional depth emerging. He took his time on Supernatural for granted. When it ended, he was a man losing ground from reality. He didn't prepare and grow. He became a parody of himself, you can smell the desperation through the phone đ€łđœđ€łđœđ€łđœ. Now, he's chasing paper, doing stuff beneath him. Not to mention the cosmetic work. I'll bet you he'll be a tanned, lace-front wearing, manicured version of Burt Reynolds. Give him a few years.
I wasn't Jared's admirer, now I am. The Real McCoy. He prepared, moved on and elevated, not stagnated.

In a HUGE upset (for me anyway) Lost and Found edged out Who We Are in a neck and neck fight! I guess it's ok that more than half of you like Jack more than great Sam and Dean moments, but this Fandom is confusing anyway lol đ enough said...who's up next Chuck?

AA's talk nonstop about Jensen's looks and almost never about his skill or performances. But I can't blame them. The last time I saw him put any effort into his scenes was back during the original seasons of spn. He was starting to phone it in around the end of season 4 and after that it was all down hill.
I will never understand why someone didn't take him aside at the beginning of season six and remind him that his character is supposed to be deeply worried about his brother, not raging and angry at him all the time.
Dean was always the 'gruff' type but he went straight to 'angry jerk' after season five and kind of stayed there.
Later season Dean is always angry about something and there's nothing fun or likable about him. It didn't matter what story arc they gave him. He was always the same. Soldier boy is just more angry Dean. But I think that has more to do with his inability to define the characters he plays as something other than 'himself in a mood'.
Yes all they are doing is confirming that they don't think much of him outside of his looks. I don't think he really cares for his craft anymore and got lazy after a while.
I recall you mentioning S10 was a dark season, could you tell me your reasons? Thank you!
*whispers* I do not like to think back on that season. Dark times. Dark times⊠*mutters and wanders*
A shorter list, perhaps, would be why was season 10 not an absolute soul-sucker of a heart-rending season? Its contents:
Jody Mills and Donna Hanscum exist.
Some kids did a play, I guess.
Sam playing with the stage lighting.
But why was s10 a dark season? Iâll hit the highlights:
Sam, as a character, was systematically torn to shreds both by the show and by the fandom for pretty much every single choice he made.
No, really. He was a shadow of himself.
None of the events of s9 came up. Samâs perfectly reasonable âSame circumstances, (if you feared possession like I do,) I wouldnât (let an angel have a joyride in your body)â got reduced to a repeated refrain of âWhy Sam is a Bad Brother reason #974âł
Double standards for miles. It was a hard, hard intro to fandom on this website. I think I still have scars.
I enjoy the character of Cole Trenton. Would have enjoyed him more if s10 didnât create him to torture Sam and then bring him back to make him work with Sam without mentioning the brutal torture or, I dunno, him apologizing for it.
Sam started the season in a Mystery Spot-esque headspace, willing to do anything to save Dean. We had a brief interlude where his Demon brother tried to beat him to death with household repair implements. Then, Sam was half a minute away from bleeding his last droplets of blood into a bowl to try to save Dean because thatâs what his life comes to haha (hnghhh that was a super solid episode though!). Then Sam ended the season on his knees, ready to be murdered, what little assertiveness he might have had beaten out of him.Â
âIt should be you up there (on the pyre), not her.â
Everything Elseâą
Even Samâs hair was sad
Though it was fluffy and pretty. Always pretty. And Sad.
In the gif below, Sam looks how I feel about the whole season:
This is the season I started thoroughly disliking Dean and he never improved as far as I'm concerned. The last episode was just horrible! Jeremy Carver should be ashamed!
Acting Climate
Found this very informative article about acting jobs on Deadline. They break it down for the layman what's going on in the industry and why acting jobs in this climate are very hard to come by.
Fewer shows, virtually no pilots, and acting gigs that pay less than they used to make it hard for many working actors to support their fami
In terms of the fandom, I am especially posting this for folks who have tried to downplay Walker's importance and sort of state that not working or working as a guest star is somehow better than being a lead.
Crazy! It sounds like having a steady job in the current industry climate is an absolute gift. I hope Walker does well enough in the ratings to get renewed for at least S5, if not more, because Jared and company have done everything they can (and succeeded) to make sure the show is financially viable.
Gotta love those that belittle having a steady job. "He has only one job!!!!" Isn't that better than no job, or guest starring here and there??? I'd say so.
Itâs so weird to me how AAs and hellers are still claiming Jared is the least well-known, popular, and most likely to be washed up (or already washed up) actor from SPN, or at least between him, Jensen and Misha.
Like, Misha is a literal nobody in Hollywood. The only people who even know of him are people who watched SPN. And not everyone who watched the show is even his "fan." And even the former queen heller herself, runner of JIB, admitted that Misha (and Jenmish) isnât a big enough draw to even pay for him to come to her cons anymore.
Jensen is better known than Misha, but the biggest shows he was on were probably Smallville and Dawson's Creek. And he was only a regular in one Season of Smallville (many claim itâs one of the worst, but I donât blame him for that), and he was a guest star for one Season of Dawson's. And his characters were pretty forgettable, or actively disliked by many, on both shows. Yes, he has more internet cred now with being on The Boys, but thatâs still not exactly mainstream. Most of his show are genre shows. And, what is he doing right now?? Anything? Jensen's millions of instagram followers donât seem to be getting him work.
Also, Jensen and Misha donât seem to have the combined attraction to bring in the normal amount of SPN fans to cons without Jared there either, even keeping in mind that con attendance has already been declining.
Jared is probably the most widely recognizable since Gilmore Girls was quite mainstream (not saying itâs good, lol), and is still on top ten of streamers even now. Itâs true quite a few fans donât like Dean by the end of his run, but heâs in several seasons. Also, Jared is working now. So, how is he the least successful or most "waned up" exactly. And as we just saw, his likes at cons out of CE are huge, and he often sells out at CE, too.
Itâs crazy to me how hellers and AAs just ignore facts altogether and are perfectly happy to lie constantly.
Just because you say something, it doesnât make it true. đ
It's hysterical because they're obsessed with "beating" Jared and it doesn't even work because they don't beat him anyways. Maybe just worry about your fave booking a new job. They need it.
I'm surprised AAs haven't blamed Jared for not giving Jensen a job
https://twitter.com/JensensGroupie/status/1755696572719841455
Jensen Ackles is so good that he convincingly played the Great One Winchester as a terrible singer for 14 seasons and then hit us with this
Bahahahah oh so now he's the "Great One Winchester"?!? This woman needs an intervention at this point. This is like when they were praising him for pretending to sleep/be unconscious as if he was doing something amazing instead of what he was actually doing - laying there. It's actually really easy to pretend to be a bad singer and the scene she was referencing (the one with Chris Kane) he isn't even singing all that great tbh....
Wut???? I sang two times during the whole series and one time was embarrassing fan service that had nothing to do with Dean at all. In fact she's admitting it was out of character....
đ±đ±đ± The second hand embarrassment from these people.
And he was so great in a musical in high school!!!! How do these people know this shit??

Jensen regarding Jared at AHBL 2015 XÂ Just like Jaredâs manager, Jensen just says it was exhaustion. Itâs kind of weird that they would hide Jared having a depressive episode, especially when Jared was telling fans.
After all this hoopla, Jared & Jensen were both sighted in Houston - May 25th, 29th, & 30th X X X X
At the time, there were rumors of Jared getting professional help X X
I think the shows with Gen on May 10th & 11th was the final straw for him. I think he went to Geneva before JIB Con to try to clear his head & relax. He underestimated the problem. Iâm glad Jensen told him not to stick it out. He really needed a break from being âonâ for fans & Joe public. I think he needed a longer break but duty calls. These types of emergencies look bad in Hollywoodâs eyes. He had to show them that he could still play the game.
I also agree with this theory.Â
Iâm making this post inspired by recent conversations Iâve had regarding the timeline of events surrounding Jaredâs breakdown in 2015. I also recently read his chapter in the 2017 book âFamily Donât End with Bloodâ, which admittedly brought about more questions for me than answers. I had heard some things, including people commonly saying his breakdown happened on May 15, Gen and Jared having an argument after their panel on May 10 and her leaving London after this took place as this post suggested (which this timeline by the way proves is not correct), and some having suggested to me that Jensen went to Geneva to help calm Jared down and help him get on the plane ride home.
I took the liberty of looking up National Holidays in Switzerland. The national holiday that Jared spoke of in his book was Ascension Day, which took place on May 14, 2015 not May 15 which is what many timelines suggest is when Jared had this breakdown. In short, Ascension Day is the 40th day of Easter and commemorates the ascension of Jesus into heaven 39 days after resurrection on Easter Sunday; it may be called The Feast of the Ascension, The Ascension of Jesus, Ascension Thursday or Holy Thursday. If a holiday is considered to be a National Holiday, this means that businesses and government offices are likely to be closed.
Although Motherâs Day was on May 10 that year, this is not considered a so called public holiday in Switzerland that would call for businesses being closed. Also, Jared was in London England on the 10th, so it could not have been any other national holiday that wouldâve made this museum be closed. Given that Jared hopped into a taxi very excited to go to this museum on the 14th the only National Holiday in the month of May that year (the others in May are either called Regional Holidays or are not considered to be Public Holidays) and the taxi driver informing him itâs a national holiday today and that everything is closed being what led him to having a breakdown it makes more sense May 14 is the day he had the breakdown, NOT the 15th as most everyone seems to think. Jared just simply posted cryptic posts that day that were alarming to fans as this timeline shows.
I also took the liberty of finding out which watch museum he was hoping to go to and it seems as though it was the Patek Philippe Museum. I donât know if their hours have changed since 2015 but it is entirely possible Jared wouldâve either missed his flight to Rome going to this museum or wouldâve missed out even if it was not a national holiday. This is because the hours for this museum as of today, February 7, 2024 are closed Sundays and Mondays, open 2-6pm Tuesdays to Fridays and from 10am-6pm on Saturdays. It seems that even if it werenât a national holiday on the same he was hoping to go to this museum, he sadly chose a bad day to try going to the museum. Itâs interesting because a friend of his named Brian he mentions in the book called him while he was upset, who coincidentally enough together they lost a mutual friend to suicide. I admittedly thought he called this man but it turns out he called Jared instead after re-reading this chapter as a âsignâ to live instead of die. He ended up calling up other friends and family after he finished talking to Brian.
This timeline mentioned this post that is dated May 14, 2015 at 12:40pm (not sure if this is EST or London time) stating this either took place when he flew to Geneva from London (13th) or flew from Geneva back to London prior to going home (14th or 15th). Based on this post made on the 15th and the differences in outfits (most notably the scarf heâs wearing in that May 14th photo, I will bet the May 14th post was simply made the day after. Someone commented on the May 14th post if Jared was still in London which the OP replied on May 15 âI donât knowâŠsorry.â Based on the Facebook post from May 15, Jared was at the Heathrow (London) airport headed for home on this day sometime in the what I assume is the earlier afternoon (earliest comment on this post is timed at 8:57pm on May 15, although itâs hard to say if Facebook is showing EST [my time] or London time [5 hours hours ahead of EST]).
NOW with all this being said to lay some FACTS with DATES and TIMES down, the reason I felt compelled to write this post is because someone said to me they believe Jensen saved Jared this day, which I vehemently cannot agree with. Nowhere in Jaredâs chapter in Family Donât End with Blood does it state this, nor was Jensen mentioned during Jaredâs telling of what happened during his breakdown in 2015. He may have mentioned Jensen in passing when he said âIn a moment of clarity (and with help from people I love), I didnât want to burden my friend [assumingly Brian], or my wife, with having been the last person to talk to me.â He mentions that he eventually went back to his hotel room after his breakdown in a Switzerland public park, charged his phone that ended up dying, and then booked a flight home going enroute home to Austin 9 hours later. As he also said after deciding heâs going to live, âI laughed to myself at how ironic it would be if, now that I had made the commitment to live, something out of my control happened to make that not possible.â On the next page in this book, he stated âI had god-awful anxiety the entire time, and no one to turn to for help. I found myself LITERALLY mumbling âAlways Keep Fightingâ to myself and even grabbed a pen from my bag and did something I hadnât done since high school: I wrote on my arm. âAFKâ up and down m left arm, over and over and over again. It seemed to clam me down better than listening to music or reading, so I did it, and I didnât stop until I ran out of space.â He also mentions meeting up with his friend Paul he met while on the set of Supernatural during his Chicago layover before flying home to Austin. Danneel, Gen and a friend named Dan were waiting for Jared when he arrived home at the airport.
Now, I am going to ask some people this: WHEN in this timeline would Jensen have possibly felt compelled to go to Geneva to be with Jared [albeit secretly] before he was scheduled to appear around 11am on Saturday May 16 for a panel AND Jaredâs phone having been dead a while? He was seen at the Heathrow airport in the afternoon May 15 which was AFTER Jensenâs first panel at JIB, which Jared cancelled along with the Melbourne convention that year. Does what I mentioned straight from Jaredâs chapter in the book about him mumbling "always keep fightingâ and writing allover his arm the acronym of the same REALLY sound like he was in a much better state of mind after Jensen âsavedâ him during this time of need? Because someone who was saved by his so called âsecret loverâ would be mumbling, writing allover their arms and feeling frightful on his entire trip home sounds like they were calmed down by a so called secret loverâŠ. right?! Very sound logic with that one, nice jobâŠ.
Yes, I agree. It was Brian, not Jensen who told Jared not to stick it out. Thereâs no "proofsâ Jensen ever went to Geneva then made it back for JIB.
