dude the first time zuko ever got to sit in on a real adult meeting at the palace, he wound up branded and banished for daring to open his mouth at all. then the second time, he spoke exactly once as cautiously as possible and still managed to accidentally steer the room toward a literal scorched-earth global massacre. When it’s time for his first official meeting to discuss crisis management and peace terms after the comet battle, Zuko gets completely bowled over by a panic attack before he can even step through the door.
