I am going to watch the entire Transformers franchise in order until I know the lore. Once I am done, I will watch Transformers One. this blog is a play by play of my thoughts during the process.

I have started making my way through Transformers media because I like to start from the beginning of new franchises. Transformers has the most content out of any I've watched through so far.

I will mostly be sticking to the shows and I will be going through order of release(ish.)

Currently I am in Transformers Headmasters

( I have also been doing YouTube boycott and privacy information posts alongside the Transformers content. )

There will be spoilers, so I think the target audience is people who have already watched the shows and they can point at me and go :"hahaha you know nothing" or "You have no idea what's coming."

This is my first time documenting a watchthrough.

I just got affected by the age verification thing and even though I watch adult stuff and kids stuff it can’t tell my age so it needs a picture or ID.

I know losing one person won’t affect YouTube or more importantly the content creators YouTube relies on and kinda uses.

Anyways you can join my totally original totally going to last more then a week YouTube boycott.

One person individually may not matter to youtube, but if they keep losing viewers it will eventually impact their revenue enough to do something about it.

Just found the English dub of Headmasters on Internet Archive. I can't stop laughing! I don't know what happened. The Dialogue is very different from what it should be. I haven't compared the sub vs dub directly, but I remember some phrases that were definitely changed. Wheelie called Spike, Sparkle or something too.

No Clue if this is the official one.

Obsidian - Sharpen your thinking

The free and flexible app for your private thoughts.

Obsidian is Awesome! It's got community plug-ins and themes it's really fun, but more importantly all the files are stored on your computer.

It's also available on mobile!

Everything is a simple text file, but Obsidian uses a markdown language to add formatting so symbols get put on a text file and the obsidian makes it look pretty.

You can also link your note files together to make a mind map.

There is no login unless you want to. And it's totally free!

(The only features that you miss out on for not signing up is the group collaboration and file syncing, but it makes sense why that would be needed. )

A really fun thing is you can host your notes as an obsidian website for $8 a month. I have not done that myself, but I may in the future.

The Obsidian Help website uses this hosting and it has all the documentation you need to learn how to use the program.

I don't recommend it for class assignments though, I'm not sure how you would make something MLA format in obsidian, or turn that file in for that matter. Maybe the is a way but I don't know it.

Did you guys hear that the UK government is now working on passing a version of "client side scanning"? It would completely get rid of end-to-end encryption by giving AI access to your entire device. You can't opt out of it, you can't consent to it, you no longer have any privacy.

The AI would scan all of the content of your phone continuously and report the data to the companies, it would also report anything it deems offensive or illegal to the police and send the all of your information. A blind person can see the problems with this, especially given how AI policing systems regularly identify POC as more likely to commit crimes.

Transformers Headmaster S1E6

This episode is very Daniel centered and I love it. Everyone keeps picking him up.

Also they started giving Rodimus dark eyeliner after he ate the matrix again. I don't like it. It makes Roddy look angry or something. What happened to the relaxed and goofy li'l guy?

I love how Cerebros Comforts Daniel here. It gives me fun uncle vibes. Honestly I feel like all the Autobots could either be placed into the category of Uncle or Cousin. Wheelie is Daniel's favorite cousin. This is also the most expressive I have seen a bot in this show.

Something really weird is how I can't figure out how old Daniel is supposed to be. The Wiki says in 2005 he was 12, but Headmasters takes place in 2011. This means that Daniel should be 18, but he sure doesn't look or act 18. Maybe he was cryogenically frozen sometime between 2006 and 2011, or maybe time travel. You can never know in the G1 continuity.

What are your guys' thought on companies like DeleteMe and Incogni. I have thought about maybe getting one because I am so concerned about my privacy.

With all the YouTube sponsors I saw from them I had a few suspicious thoughts.

You have to give up all your information to a company so they can find it, that doesn't feel totally safe, but it makes sense.

How do they know what data brokers have your information? Are they in kahoots? Is there some kind of deal between them and the brokers?

What's stopping them from just reselling your info when you stop paying for your subscription and bringing you right back to square one?

I have no proof or anything, I am just generally suspicious. Especially since most Youtube sponsors are a scam in some way.

Click yes when they ask if you want to receive their newsletter. They already have your email on file and now you get reminders every once in a while that you have signed up for an account.

I'm starting to do this as I switch accounts to a Proton email, along with writing down everything in a notebook.

Privacy is built into the Swiss constitution!

Proton is a company based in Switzerland, and the Swiss have privacy built into their constitution. (Article 13) They also have freedom of expression and information (Article 16)

Their definition of personal information includes IP address along with any other identification numbers.

What is Personal Data?,

The GDPR describes personal data as “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter “data subject”)

This is why Proton VPN/ other Proton products are considered more private than other platforms. I recently started switching my account over to a Proton email for free.

They are so concerned about your privacy that they made a list of commonly used websites and banks that links directly to their email transfer pages.

They also give you an account recovery phrase instead of asking for a phone # or alternate email for recovery. It was just a random list of nouns for me. It tells you to print off a pdf with the code on it and put it somewhere secure. All this gave off the vibe that they actually do care.

Firefox has been implementing AI systems into their tab originizations and I don't trust them anymore.

Here are the alternatives I use for Firefox/Google

On Desktop I use Librewolf, it has a lot of privacy options and runs a lot of the same extensions Firefox does.

On mobile I use Tor Onion Browser. It's a bit finicky, but has the same layout as Firefox. It routes data through servers run by volunteers if I understand how it works correctly.

DuckduckGo has a mobile browser too, but I havent used it.

If you have an android phone with Youtube and Google products pre-installed and undeletable: NO YOU DON'T

I used it to delete all the apps I didn't want 'bout 2 years ago when my service provider started downloading apps I didn't want without my permission. (I really didn't want tiktok or any of the other random game apps it started adding once I connected my phone.)

I deleted a lot off my phone and the storage has lasted a lot longer than it normally does. I think I may have accidentally deleted a few important things by accident though. My phone won't turn the screen off when I put it up to my ear on a phone call so I accidentally mute or press other buttons a lot. It's a small inconvenience to pay for the control of my own device.

I don't quite remember exactly how ot works, and the tutorial I used was on YouTube, but I'm sure there is documentation somewhere.

What I do know is that you need to have developer options on in the settings and a computer you can plug your phone into to delete apps through the UAD computer program.
