About time I did one of these huh…

Hello!! My name is Sparks and this blog will mostly be about One Piece / my favourite op characters, ships and my own art!

☆ I’m a lesbian ! Also somewhere on the aroace spectrum (demi for both)

☆ Fav characters: Mihawk, Crocodile, Shanks, Rosinante and more, but those are my main favs

☆ I’m a multishipper, but for the ships that I don’t like/am not keen on I’ll just block the tag mostly

☆ I like me some rarepairs and crackships too! My fav au’s are genderbends (all characters, not just one) mainly because there’s a lot of male characters in media that I like and I think they would be cool as women ☆ I also like: One piece (obv), art, writing, music, bsd, demon slayer, sk8 the infinity, and more (but again won’t be posting much about those unless one piece related)

☆ I dislike: homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism (the BASICS, some people are proud to admit this stuff so just leave cuz you’re not welcome here!!) overall rudeness, AI “art” and “artists”

alternate au where Rosinante is rescued by Dragon and then becomes a revelutionary because I think he would prefer the whole “the celestial dragons suck but the government’s system could still work if we re-made it” instead of just being a “good marine” (bc if he did live as a marine then his son figure is a pirate and I don’t want him pulling a Garp) and I’ve seen a theory that Dragon has wind / storm powers? So maybe he’s drops down from the snow storm and rescues Rosinante. I’ll have to check the timeline on that one I’m half asleep while writing this but I’m constantly thinking of ways that Rosinante would of survived

would be worse if Dragon took Rosi but didn’t sense Law in the chest so Law is still left on his own, the current timeline still plays out but Rosinante goes to find Law later rather than being with him the whole time (although if Rosi’s body was missing maybe Law would have more hope for him being alive?)

Also I think Rosinante should be allowed to shoot doflamingo once. Even though I know he wouldn’t because he’s too nice to his brother but whatever

Mihawk would watch crocodile sleep if he lays down before him or if he wakes up before crocodile does (which is most of the time). Sometimes mihawk watches crocodile before he is actually asleep so crocodile can feel him watching him. He doesnt really care now (since he sleeps with a mask so the beams dont affect him) but still it put him a little on edge the first couple times (since hes used to someone looking at him in his sleep= them trying to kill him). It's not weird to them since it's just simply fallen into their normal (not very normal at all actually) routine but if anybody else (rarely) see's it they are like "?????" imagine seeing guy who can literally make you a human raisin who's also kinda your boss sleeping on the bed and two yellow (or crimson) beams staring down at him in the dark like a vampire about to take his blood.

I like to imagine one piece as one of those weird games you play with your friends/sibilings in the pool.

Luffy has an ear infection so he cannot get into the water but he's there with a bunch of pool noodles (the gomu gomu fruit), Chopper doesn't like the water but is there in a floaty, and Robin and Brook just got their hair done. Jinbei is the uncle who used to be a professional swimmer and now is having fun with them.

Their enemies aren't cruel people irl, just teachers that they don't like (except for the CP9, they're the older cousins that said "we won't play because we're big" and end up playing anyways)

Merry is a dog, and her "death" is when Franky realizes she's in the pool and takes her out, etc.

At one point all of the family gets into the pool and they have a great time, then they "find the one piece" (The blue goggles that blended into the bottom of the pool).

time to recommended my all time favorite crochawk fic which was actually the fic that made me hc Crocodile to give Mihawk glass flowers / glass enclosed flowers, and is just all round my fav for their dynamic as well as the timeline I can see being the most close to canon!!

desperately avoiding eye contact with the Mihawk cosplay idea that I Have Not Started because I know i would never finish the project

I can imagine mihawks eyes being pretty sensitive to very bright lights even though he has very good eyesight so the cross guild clown a palooza every dad strobe lights are really fucking him up and he does like loud places either so everyday is just a "This is not what I agreed too" His room is extra dark and soundproof to make up for this.

Nobody can catch anything embarrassing mihawk does because he disappears before they can call it out and you know it must be REALLY bad for mihawk to feel slightly embarrassed about it like one of the extremely rare times he got slightly tipsy and snorted while holding back a laugh and was gone before anyone even spoke. It wasnt even that bad it just fucked with his vibe so badly he couldnt bare to stay

I love imagining Mihawk laughing, esp the uncontrollable laughter where your just finding everything funny

it only happens on the rare occasion where he gets properly drunk (vodka drunk rather than wine drunk) so can you imagine both Mihawk and Shanks being white girl wasted in the red force kitchen or something, incoherently giggling at everything, and when beck comes down to have a go at them because it’s “4 in the fucking morning” and they just CANNOT stop wheezing because Shanks tried to lean back on a counter and somehow knocked off seven pots, four pans and a bag of flour onto the floor which they are both now crumpled in

This also stems from the hc I have that Shanks tries his hardest to get Mihawk to laugh bc Mihawk would def have a contagious laugh

thinking about corahawk again where Mihawk ends up intercepting Corazon and Law before doflamingo catches up to them, and then saves them simply because he hates doflamingo

but like I’ve only just thought about the resemblance between Mihawk and Law. The eyes, the hair, the pissed off attitude, the swords too I guess? They accidentally bond while having mutual quiet interest time (Mihawk with his swords, Law with his coins) Rosinante walks in and they both look up w the same “?” expression Rosinante is just ecstatic that his kid and the guy he’s in love with have something in common

I can’t decide whether I like crocodile running hot and Mihawk running cold temperature-wise, or the other way around. Because the first way makes sense for their aesthetics, since crocodile is the desert and Mihawk is vampire coded, but if crocodile ran cold instead it would make sense why he wears so many layers. In the desert. And doesn’t cook himself by accident. Also Mihawk living on Kuraigana which is a pretty cold place, I think it would be better if he ran hot esp since his shirt is always unbuttoned

then again there’s the whole “crocodile is sand” so he can’t feel temperature and often sucks the heat out of his surroundings, which could be good for Mihawk if he’s constantly overheating ? I guess?
