The fact that Quill is human isn't talked about enough by the team, like, how come we don't have any scenes of the characters being worried about Quill dying? he's literally the most "vulnerable" of the group and no one is worried about this guy dying during a mission or dying from a flu randomly?

I know this sounds stupid but, I just needed ONE SCENE like the one where Matis is worried about Quill dying at 50, but the whole team, everyone suddenly stops and is like "this guy is going to die soon... what are we going to do?" so they get super protective because QUILL IS NOT DYING UNTIL THEY SAY HE WILL, Quill It's like "what's is happening here you guys!?" and then they all have a long conversation about how Quill will die before them but they don't want it to change their relationship, everyone hugs happily, and then they make jokes about being emotional AND THIS IS SO CLICHE AHHHHHH

It's so funny like in that scene from Guardians of the Galaxy where Quill says that humans live to basically 50 years, everyone is like "Peter humans live longer than this 😭" AS HE WOULD LIVE LONGER THAN THIS

This man is not even past his 50s, I'm surprised he's 40 in Guardians of the Galaxy 3, I thought he would die before that, he's NOT passing his 50, he will probably freeze to death in space doing some crazy shit, This man has 0% sense of self-preservation 🤣

I have the HC that Quill is the youngest of the guardians team, I don't give a damn that this is impossible and wrong, Rocket is 43, Gamora has 207, Mantis has at least 300, Groot is in the 100s and if Drax is not 257 I don't know

Peter is 32 and I don't care what you all gonna tell me, baby of the group, the most fragile for being human, the captain, and Thor for some reason has a crush on him 💞

Hi, @spideyson-stuff! Uh, I just wanted to know if you were the one who requested this fic (it's my next fic).

Harley considers Peter his little brother and is very open about it, but Peter refuses to admit that he sees him as a brother too, one day Harley decides to confront Peter about it and ends up discovering that Peter is ticklish, so he comes up with an incredible plan, tickle Peter until he admits he's his little brother, Tony suddenly arrives in the middle of the tickle attack and just watches without helping Peter and Harley and Tony tease Peter by saying he's adorable.

Tony, sounding and almost having another heart attack: y-yeah I know Pete, I'm just worried about yo- wait, what do you mean by "this time"?

Peter: that I only called you this time because I knew it was important? and I think I deserve a little credit for being able to tell the difference between a bad stab from a normal one by the way ✨

Tony: YOU SHOULD CALL ME >EVERY TIME< YOU GET STABBED! NOT ONLY WHEN THEY ARE "THE BAD ONES"!?

DeadPool It's like "I'm gonna be the cool uncle!" and whenever he sees Peter he's like "hugs and cuddles" but Peter hates him and whenever DeadPool gets close he punches him

This has been going on for months, and one day Natacha goes with Peter to a place to investigate a case they need to infiltrate, they end up in a huge, empty warehouse because the criminals have already evacuated from there before they arrive

Then suddenly they hear a voice screaming saying a long "PETEEEEEEEEE" and before Natacha could react DeadPool is jumping up and giving Peter a hug and Peter simply responds for punching him in the stomach to the ground, with SO much force, the floor even breaks, Natacha has never seen Peter use so much force on anyone

Of course DeadPool gets up bleeding with blood spraying from his head and mouth as if nothing had happened saying "good to see you too Peter 💞"

In the end, it turns out that Wade is also trying to find the criminals and they all end up working as a team, Avengers would never see Peter be so aggressive and ignorant to anyone in their entire lives, Wade doesn't seem to mind at all and continues calling him cute nicknames and acting like "uncle of the year" one time he even pulls out a mug with "best uncle ever" on it and everyone is just confused because, where did he get that mug from? they are in the middle of a battle???

I love imagining a scenario where Tony REALLY wants to adopt Peter but Peter at some point says something like "why do people think we're father and son? that's crazy." and since then he has been showing the adoption papers to Peter

Sometimes the newspaper publishes sensationalist news like "Tony Stark is already a father!?" "Tony Stark has a son!?" Or "Tony Stark has a secret child????" and every time Peter is completely embarrassed by the news, mumbling something like "they're crazy! we don't look anything alike!" "he's not my father!" and "they're all idiots, Mr. Stark would never adopt me" and Tony is starting to freak out because- HE WOULD ADOPT! IN FACT HE WANTS TO DO IT RIGHT NOW!

When people mistake them as father and son, Tony is overjoyed and Peter is completely embarrassed trying to explain obvious reasons why they are NOT father and son

The way Tony's face changes from genuine joy to pure pain should be studied because it's genuinely disturbing how quickly it happens-

The problem is, Peter doesn't hate the idea of being Tony's son unlike Tony thinks, he's just very insecure and doesn't think that TONY STARK could ever want him as a son, deep down he still I don't understand how he supports it 2 days a week for lab time...

Tony trying to make Peter understand how much he likes him through actions since he can't communicate his feelings through anything

But everything he does ends up having the opposite effect and Peter starts to think that Tony hates him

He tries to make breakfast but ends up making the most disgusting food you've ever seen and Peter almost chokes on it

He tries to hug and pat Peter on the shoulder but ends up making him trip or fall because of his spider powers Peter is extremely light and Tony always forgets about this and uses a lot of strength because he thinks that Peter's powers would make him unable to feel very light touches

He even tries to go out with Peter but ends up generating a ball of snow while he tries to dodge the fans and Peter ends up falling into a water fountain, with hot coffee spilled on him and having a picture of him completely disheveled published in the morning paper with the headline "Tony Stark have a son?"

The photo in question is of the embarrassing moment when Tony ended up spilling his coffee with salted caramel and whipped cream on Peter and was trying to apologize by helping him clean up, but it looks like he's babying Peter while trying to get the whipped cream off his shirt with a tissue

When he introduces Peter to someone, he always ends up saying something incredibly embarrassing, making Peter feel humiliated

Peter is freaking out thinking Tony hates him and wants to destroy his life while Tony is freaking out trying to make up for everything he somehow managed to screw up

Everyone around can see what's going on except the two of them

In the end, Tony manages to put into words how sorry he is and how much he appreciates Peter, and after much crying and apology, Peter just says, "Next time, write me a letter, I don't know if I can handle another 5 months of people asking since when I've been your son" while Tony mentally tells himself that he has to remember to hide the adoption papers before Peter finds them

Rhodey: No, I’m the uncle. You’re the dad.

Tony: I’m not the— why would I be the dad?

Rhodey: Why wouldn’t you be?

Tony: Because I… well… okay. You might have a point.

Peter: Fuck.

Tony, unfazed: Language.

Steve: Did you just—

Tony: Not now Cap, I’m trying to parent my kid.

~Later~

Steve: Shit.

Tony: Language.

Steve: ... you’re becoming me. We’ve been apart for so long that you just replaced me. What. The actual. Fu-

Tony: LANGUAGE! Jesus Steve, why can’t you control your goddamn mouth?

Steve: *facepalms*

~Later again~

Bruce, having witnessed both instances: How long was I gone? No, really. How long was I actually gone?! Long enough for Tony to have a kid, apparently.

Tony, from across the room: He’s not my kid.

Bruce, muttering: Not his kid my ass.

Tony: I HEARD THAT

Peter, walking in the room: Who’s not who’s kid??

Tony: It’s nothing, kid—

Bruce: Tony said you’re not his kid.

Peter, sounding hurt: Really?

Tony, glaring daggers at Bruce: No, kid. I’d never do that. You’re my kid and always will be.

Peter, beaming: Thanks, Mr. Stark!

Bruce, once Peter leaves, raising an eyebrow at Tony: Not your kid, was it?

Tony: Not... biologically.

Bruce: *facepalms*
