out of place  —  the only feeling which seemed to continuously wash over her without any reasoning , hauntingly vivid dreams.  and then there was a feeling of always needing to be careful , and a hunch to always second guess people. maybe that is what led to uncharacteristically sitting at the bar while fiddling with her thumbs in thought.  “  oh. ” noticing a bottle of beer being placed before her , not receiving the chance to debate the decision before the bartender walked away.  “  did you want this ?  I reckon he confused me for another customer. ”

 fighting was the only thing that could keep carol’s mind out of everything. out of all the people she’d probably never see again, including maria and monica, out of all the people she’d never be able to help…    being stuck her against her will sucked. she was slowly getting used to it but after not knowing half of the people in here and being away from the place she needed to be in..    carol had enough. she needed to go home and she needed to go home now.    the fighters here were pathetic - she had knocked the current one on his ass three times by now, but.. she doubted anyone would ever be as good as a partner as yon-rogg was. their relationship had been built on lies, though and.. carol doubted she’d ever be able to forgive him if they ever saw each other again. it wasn’t something that should be forgiven, was it?  shaking her head at the idiot who laid on the mat, she sighed, grabbing him by his hand and pulling him up by his hand. “alright, buddy, you’re done.  get up and get out.”   she spotted someone else’s eyes on them, before sighing. “you wanna give this a try? maybe you’ll prove to be better than this idiot was.”

a deep instinctive need to train had sent the slayer on a personal mission for a suitable place , preferably with less people.  and not mention seclusion because of the inevitable questions which would follow the continuous breaking of punching bags.  what she didn’t expect was to walk in somewhere to see a full out pummel fest  —  it was kind of refreshing to see.  quirking a brow , a coy smile played on her lips after noticing the question was being directed towards her.  “ uh , okay. ” still caught off-guard ,  “ yeah , why not. a little disclosure , I am stronger than I look so don’t hold back. ”  even though she’d have to.

chilling , unnerving to the bone ever since those dreams —  a feeling causing her to want to constantly glance over her shoulder. for the life of her , she could not figure out any logical reasoning behind fiction taking over her mind. a week ago might’ve rang a different tune , but now it seemed rather foolish to second guess her entire life because of one multiple silly instances. showing off a smile , twirling a pen between her index and thumb , and scribbling down notes for a melody ; one to calm the overwhelming feeling. “ what do you think is a good way to describe sunshine ? ” hint of an accent shining through , looking up at the stranger who seemed stuck in the same spot. “ not that you need to answer. I just figured since you’re standing right there and all. ”

always striding in confidence , something which would never change despite the times being different , but adapting to circumstance was her forte. a chameleon  — powerful , shoulders placed behind the ever open and inspiring mind of alice smith. sure sometimes her heels could be misdirected and even shaken , though she never was someone to remain on the negative side for too long. she needed no , she wanted to be someone inspiring which seemed silly when said out loud. “ I wish there were more to report on. ” speaking casually , noticing onlookers eyeing her bold ( or some might said risque ) ensemble. “ would you happen to have any insider information on , well , anything. ”

for the past few days , haunting images had been invading the mind of the small town woman causing slight panic by the vividness. the familiarity ; the feeling , but there was no way any of that had been real. the world that she dreamed of was too out of place for it to be real even if it had sprung a deja vu. trying to shake off the feeling , she managed to slide out of bed and into a corner booth at a small cafe. “ do you mind ? ” glancing up , hopeful wide eyes waiting for a response. “ oh , sorry about that , I meant would you mind sitting. ” smiling softly as shaky hands went to reach for the cup placed in front of her. “ not to be a bother but some company would be nice right now. ” strangers or not , being alone right now did not feel like a viable option.

HE KEPT ON FINDING THEM. one by one, all of cordelia’s little bitches, he knew each and every single one of them and now, they were all appearing in here, almost as if.. this was exactly what he had wished for. revenge, the perfect revenge plan and… now, it was all coming together. “am i?” he knew who she was - a witch, clearly, it didn’t matter which one of them she was.. still terrible. he knew that this was what she had done - change everyone’s memories, to not include him, erasing him from the world completely. he hated it. he really did. “it seems mallory succeeded, then. none of you remember who i am.. i suppose i should thank her.” he paused, standing right in front of the other - one of cordelia’s clan? he supposed he’d know soon enough. “how about we skip the questions and go straight to what truly matters, um?”

attempting to remain unfazed by the off-putting demeanor , she raised a perfectly arched brow while leaning forward. trying to read the situation better which wasn’t something the entitled witch needed to do often. no , this one appeared to be rather peculiar in a form which couldn’t be pin pointed.  “ do you expect me to know who mallory is ? more importantly , if I even give two shits about some group of amnesiac patients. ” leaning back with an amused expression. no matter what , it seemed she always ran into someone who felt the need to express their silly , little problems. scoffing ; clear of the throat , eyeing the other once over before motioning for the bartender who seemed otherwise occupied. “ are you referring to the drink or trying to fish for a name ? ” not sure why she was still bothering with this one , “ fiona goode , and trust me when I say the pleasure is all yours. ”

home ; by now it seemed imaginary , it felt as though the land of westeros had been a mere figment from her mind. no one knew , not a single person seemed to be familiar with the location let alone the name. there were months which went by and finally the fiery woman had given in to the hopeless thought of it being a distant memory. attempting to settle in , she had taken a job working alongside others in a book shop. running a finger down the spine of a book while reading it , she heard the faint sound of the bell ringing above the door and glanced up with a warm smile. “ welcome. ” shutting the book , “ is there anything I may assist you with today ? ”

upon the realization of where he was , it only seemed fitting to find a place with pairs of pants that didn’t feel like glue. god , why did skinny jeans become a thing ? thankfully they looked better on him than the ones from the nineties. “ what do clothes cost , five dollars for a set ? ” rummaging through the wallet in his hand. given , he stole it off of a man from a place he nearly decimated with uncontrollable blood lust. “ this is great , just great. ” showing off a smile , biting his tongue from giving too much away. “ don’t you think this is all fantastic ? I always wanted to take a field trip to this place. ” implying he meant the store , “ are we even in america anymore ? or wait , I think people refer to it as the states now. ” shaking his head at his own words , “ sorry , seems like I woke up with amnesia. ”
