I kinda just realised I've never talked about my HCs for The Sharks here, so here they are!
Frank:
. Frank is like an "older brother" figure towards the other Sharks. Because he's the leader and he cares about his gang, they get on almost like a brotherly bond. The other Sharks look up to him and aspire to be as awesome as he is one day.
. Frank grew up hyperfixating on sharks and robots, hence why his gang are based around sharks (the gangs name in general and the slight shark fin resembling looks for the gang) and the creation of Frankystein Mark II. Speaking of the shark hyperfixation, he definitely has some sort of collection of shark teeth in his room and knows quite a lot of facts about sharks and is happy to tell anyone likeminded enough about them.
. He likes Rock & Ska music because it fits his style, he's got a whole collection of CDs in his room. His favourite band is Madness.
. Frank is INSANELY talented with knife tricks and practices them in his own time (although he probably has some slight injuries from messing up), which also means he has really good hand eye coordination. He also shows his skills to others to impress them (and to show off a bit).
Skate Punk:
. As well as skateboarding, Skate Punk is great at surfing too, although it took him a bit more time to learn than he did with skateboarding.
. At least ONE of The Sharks has gotten away with shoplifting, and it was most likely Skate Punk since he is the fastest, he has a skateboard for crying out loud.
Yes Man Jr:
. Yes Man Jr would (accidentally) agree with anyones statements, no context needed. This does kinda get him into trouble sometimes.
. (More based around the game & the manga) Yes Man Jr is Frank's second in command, as he is the one Shark who is responsible for being between Ness and where Frank is, as well as showing Ness to Frank after getting defeated by him. This could also imply he's the most reliable of the gang.
Pogo Punk:
. Pogo Punk is the sleepiest member of the sharks, as he wastes his energy quite quickly from bouncing around using his pogo stick.
. Pogo Punk has some hobbies outside of the gang, such as coding, or being creative and creating fanart of his favourite video games.
The Sharks in general:
. The Sharks are in their older teenage years (probably around 15-17, maybe older but idk) with Frank being the oldest at around 19-20.
. They refer Ness to as "little guppy" as a nickname for him, it was more of a rude manner during their time causing chaos to Onett (especially when Giygas' influence was around) but it just became more friendly mannered after Frank's defeat and Giygas' influence passed.
. The Sharks definitely cling on to Frank most of the time, as he is the leader and they have high respect for him.
. The Sharks have huge interest in game related topics, and frequently have conversations about whatever games or hacks they've heard about recently. They also enjoy card games (especially Pokemon TCG) and trade cards or play matches against eachother when they're not at the arcades. Uno is also a favourite card game but it gets heated pretty quickly.
. Also outside of the arcades, The Sharks enjoy hanging out regularly when they aren't being delinquents.
. The Sharks have had some tie-ins with Porky and Picky before, as they used to linger around the arcade when their parents were out. They also know Ness, since Porky brought him along to the arcades too sometimes.
