I'm Hauntilda, the Autumn Witch! And something just seems... interesting about you. Or were you confused about the "scrooge" bit?

Well, that too. But it was mostly the fact that anyone finds someone like me interesting. I'm the most basic guy there is.

I think that might be exactly it, actually. As for the "scrooge" thing... have you not read A Christmas Carol? Or at least seen the muppet movie adaptation?

Ignoring the fact that I barely know what a muppet is. What's Christmas?

Oh- oh, I feel faint! [She stumbles back, aghast] you've never been trick or treating? Never visited one of my famous haunted dungeons? Never carved a pumpkin or decorated your home? Have you at least done other fall activities, like playing in leaves or having a warm drink by the fire?

Oh, leaves are nice. I don't really like warm things, though. And I have done none of the rest of that.

Hhhhhhhh. Okay. Well. Good news, if you like the cold, it'll be getting nice and chilly out soon. As for the rest... you really are a scrooge, aren't you? No idea about the holidays, too focused on your money...

...admittedly, I'm not even sure if I existed before a few weeks ago, which may explain the not knowing what holidays are.
