I try to be as supportive as I can but I feel like it’s never noticed. I try really hard but as soon as I do one thing wrong and I try to make up for it I’m ignored and pushed away. I wanna help.

Hey. My partner has autism/ADHD/OCD. I want to do my best to support them but sometimes I can’t understand why they get sudden mood changes and I want to do my best to help but they block me off and ignore me. I want to know if there’s any ways I can help make them feel comfortable and relaxed?

I usually handle it pretty well but lately I’ve been unsure of what to do and how I can help. I feel like I’m not helping enough and I really try. Is there a way I can show them that I want to help.

My longest sustained shot in Midnight Gospel was an interesting way to play with some more subtle acting. I’m thankful to Titmouse for allowing me to play with all the ways Clancy could fidget. His outburst at the end was especially fun since he’s usually such a chill bro. You’ll probably noticed that I chopped up the audio here a bit. The finished version of this scene looks to be slightly re-timed, so I did some sloppy editing to keep the A/V synchronized. (From episode 6)
