I was asriel in the "welcome to grillbys" and "family" something with a guy called mettaton DE

...huh.

i vaguely remember the "welcome to grillbys", but I never had any strong connections to it, and while I have roleplayed with both a mettaton and an asriel in one group, i'm pretty sure that wasn't the family you're talking about.

Of course! I’m always up for bulding things, and your Sans is absoloutely amazing, so thank you for the ask! (I know some of these are dependant on headcanon and verse, so change them as you will ajks) 1. Chara absoloutely will just rant non-stop to him about their frustrations, and while they'll scoff about it, they're more than willing to let him rant to them too 2. Y'know what's EXTREMELY underrated in Undertale? The fact Chara was literally around at the same time as Gaster-slash-whoever-you-view-as-sans’-father. Please. PLEASE. Let them be childhood(ish) friends or whatever, tobias foxglove. 3. They find his puns hilarious, and they HATE it. Chara's one of those people that who will lead up to a joke for hours straight, and the fact that Sans can just make a four second pun and it actually be funny? Ooooh, they depise him for that. Lovingly. 4. I also love Chara being a massive science nerd, and I think they'd actually just pester him relentlessly until he let them be his lab assistant, or at least they did when they were alive 5. Chara definitely veiws him as an annoying uncle/older brother figure no mater the verse, and he's always the first person they'll come to for anything at all. No matter how big or how small.

chara canonically knows how to knit in undertale, so im making it canon here just to say they make the absolutely most horrible festive jumpers and force rudy to wear them

i feel like rudy was also the one to kind of just take them and their siblings out of the room whenever toriel and asgore were arguing and try and distract em with jokes or games

chara absolutely ADORES that his nose glows. they were actually fascinated with it as a very young child and kept begging him to make it glow again

charas currently treating him as a father figure because they're treating themself as someone who has to fill the dess-shaped hole in his life MUAHAHA

they absolutely had a crush on dess at at least one point and rudy teased them for it MERCILESSLY.
