My favorite part is that Louis sets up the foreshadowing like six episodes earlier in a conversation that's somewhere between character development and a throw away, but it's split enough that half of the audience will hold on to it and half of them won't

Armand offers men an obscene amount of money to play chase with them. If they escape, they get their lives and a generous fortune. But they never make it to the airport.

When Daniel leaves, Louis offers him an obscene amount of money and then leaves him on his own to get to the airport.

Daniel never got on that plane.

Louis didn't do it on purpose. He just wanted Daniel out of there. On sheer muscle memory, he initialized a game of cat and mouse that Armand couldn't resist. He may as well have taken the first bite.

I just wonder how far Daniel got before he realized he was already dead.
