I am in a situation that is really bad right now and I am fighting tooth and nail to get out of it. Until I get a stable job as a physician, which will happen at the end of the next year, I need all the help for me and my family to survive until then.

All the help until now came from you all comissioning me, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this. It really helped us stay under this roof for a little more time, since my family and I are dangerously close to losing our house and everything we own because of the bank.

Besides us, your help also went to the many souls we are taking care of (11 dogs and 23 cats, 4 parrots and a helpless pigeon) Souls that have been poisoned, hurt and then thrown on the side of the road to die.

In the eventuality of a bad outcome, I searched for places where people might adopt them, but my requests were denied so many times. That is why I am responsible for them too and I can't afford anything happening to them.

We are buying the cheapest things and barely eat day to day because we spend almost all the money for animal food, and it's horrible because even at the "cheap stores" everything is very expensive.

My mother is in bad health and needs medication and my father is always taking care of her while trying to work too but this isn't enough.

That is why I searched for a proper place to work too, but because I have high academic studies it turns out I can't be hired in any other field than mine, and I am tied to this exam that I am going to take to become a doctor. I even tried to get myself hired at the local minimarket and have been denied because of the fact that I have followed an university's courses.

And to top all the bad situation, last month we were involved in a car crash and I am still trying to raise money to fix the car, because it's undispensable and literally the only thing we can use as transport to the facilities we need since we live so far away from the town.

Bottom line, THIS IS CALL FOR HELP! ANY REBLOG TO SPREAD THE WORLD COUNTS, ANY COMMISSION OR DONATION TO MY CAUSE HELPS TREMENDOUSLY!!!!

Starmora Week 2018 - Day Five: Sacrifice/Epiphany

Title is from “Cecilia and The Satellite” by Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness. Enjoy! :)

Summary: It’s almost a year after the war, and she’s finally born. 

Tears begin to form in his eyes as he and Gamora laugh in relief, hearing her cry for the first time. As soon as they clean her up, they wrap her in a white hospital blanket and gently place her in her mother’s arms. The infant immediately stops crying and gazes into the soft, brown irises of her mother’s eyes.

Gamora lets out a watery chuckle. “Hi, sweetie.” The back of her finger lightly brushes the child’s soft skin. “She’s beautiful, Peter.”

“And tiny.” The ex-Ravanger plants a soft kiss to the top of his wife’s head. “We make some pretty cute babies, don’t we?” He receives a content hum in return. Peter extends a hand to softly caress the newborn’s head. “She’s got your eyes.”

“Would you like to hold her?” Gamora whispers, tilting her head to face Peter. The man gives her a soft smile and carefully lifts the petite infant out of Gamora’s arms. “Be careful–her head.”

Peter nods, taking a closer look at his daughter as the tears, once flooding his eyes, begin to trail down his cheek. Gamora is right–she’s absolutely gorgeous. A perfect combination of the two of them. She has her mother’s dark hair, button nose, and chocolate eyes. As for Peter, she inherits the shape of his face, his pale skin, and his curls.

“Hey, Jovi. I’m-I’m your daddy.” He shares another watery chuckle with Gamora and turns the infant to face her. “You see the beautiful, green woman over there? She’s your mommy.”

He can’t believe they’re at this point in their lives. It was hardly a year ago, he thought they were both dead and that Thanos had won. Now, they’re married and have a daughter–things they’ve been planning to do for years. Jovi begins to fuss and Peter’s eye get wide, afraid that he did something wrong.

“Oh, shit. What’d I do?” He panics, looking at Gamora for reassurance.

“You didn’t do anything, Peter. She’s just a baby. They fuss for no reason.” Her voice is calm, almost as if she’s had experience. “Remember when Groot was that age?” There it is. “Just gently rock her. Tell her a story.”

Nodding his head, Peter does as he’s told. The tension that he built up, fades when she stops crying. “Your mommy–she’s a hero, ya know?” His eyes flicker up to Gamora, who is softly smiling at the scene. “There was this bad man, this Thanos. Mommy pretty much sacrificed herself to save the universe from him. He’s all gone now and he’s not gonna lay a hand on you…I promise.”

“Tell her the story of her name.”

“Good one!” Gamora lets out a soft chuckle. “You know, we’ve been planning this moment for years. One night, we were looking up at the stars and we started talking about our future together.” Peter shifts his eyes towards her again, gaining an encouraging smile in return. “We-we named you after one of your mother’s favorite artists, Bon Jovi.” A small coo escapes Jovi’s mouth.

As soon as Peter finishes his sentence, the rest of the Guardians enter the hospital room. “Meet the rest of your family, little Star-Princess.” For the first time in his life, Peter can finally say he experienced a miracle within a hospital.

So somebody (I’m thinking Tony Stark) congratulates Peter on landing a hot green alien space babe in Gamora, but since he left earth when he was 8 years old, he wasn’t even exposed to the idea of green alien space babes being a sexualized concept, and he’s just confused like ‘What??? I know Gamora’s the most gorgeous person in existence, but why do you keep winking at me every time you mention that she’s green??? I feel like I’m missing out on an inside joke???’

Gamora is of course right there when someone makes an obviously suggestive comment referencing some cultural zeitgeist that they expect Peter to be in on, doing the whole wink wink nudge nudge thing, elbowing her boyfriend while seeming to focus on her being an alien with green skin. (Before anyone can say anything else someone interrupts and calls the groups attention, and they have to go Do Stuff™)

So when they’re finally alone in their room and getting ready for bed that night, Gamora finally asks him about it.

“What did that man mean earlier today? About my having green skin? The comment sounded like something he thought had to do with your ‘physical prowess’, but I still don’t get it. What did he mean?“

And Peter’s just like “I don’t know! I’ve been trying to figure that out all day!”

He’s totally using that suspicious hissing whisper shout voice too, like they’ve just stumbled across a conspiracy that maybe they can figure out together (clearly just confused as she is). “I mean, the way he said it, he obviously thought green was important, right?” He double checks with her. “Like, it wasn’t just that you weren’t a normal human skin color. He like emphasized green, didn’t he?”

“It seemed to be so, yes.”

And it’s just these two adorable dorks being clueless and trying to piece together earth pop culture and coming up empty because all they have is an 8 year old’s understanding from rural Missouri decades after the fact.

Starmora week 2018 Day 4 - Traditions

Summary: “Well?” Gamora asked, downright giddy as she sat beside him on their bed. “Do you like it?”

She always got this childish excitement about her when she was able to present Peter with something from his home world or culture. And this one was really special- usually when she got him these types of gifts, they were small, insignificant things that were only special because they came from Earth. Objects that were regular and boring on Terra, but meant everything to him out here in space.

Most of the time, when she gave him things, they were special only because they came from Terra.

This, she knew, was something special on Terra.

(Or romantic gestures + cultural differences + accidental proposals = starmora love)

For Starmora Week Day 5 - Epiphany

Author’s Note: This fic is NSFW. It includes femdom, pegging, and cunninglingus. Read at your own risk. There is also some side Rocket, where he deals with being a person trapped in the body of an animal (basically, the CME takes out his ability to be bipedal and to speak). This is Part 1 of 2, maybe 3. I am hoping to publish all chapters during Starmora Week.

Fic Snip: 

“Yeah, I’m mildly surprised she can walk after last night,” Rocket states blandly, still concentrating on the intricate web of wires within his current project.

Gamora stands frozen, coffee pot in hand tipped at an angle just before pouring. At her momentary pause, Rocket elaborates, “My bunk’s next to your bedroom, the walls are thin, and Quill’s not quiet.”

“I am Groot,” Groot concurs, but Gamora hears: Tell me about it.

“…We really need better sound insulation,” she says, tipping the pot into her mug before placing it back on the burner. She takes a sip, drinking it straight.

“Way ahead of you. This little bugger I’m working on right here? Cone of silence. Turn it on, and it’s immediate soundproofing. Has a radius of about four feet, give or take. Just put it under your bed and presto! The rest of us can sleep easier without being forced to hear Quill boning you.” Having finished the final touches before screwing on the external panel, Rocket holds it out to her. “Here you go.”

Gamora accepts. “Thank you.”

She turns the device over in her hands to examine it. It’s round but smooth and flat on top with an easy user interface: a single on/off switch on the side. It is simple enough for any Quill-shaped idiot to operate. Rocket is considerate like that.

He crosses his arms. “Thank me by activating it. Every time. Think of it as the exact opposite of those condoms you clearly don’t use.”

Startled, Gamora plays dumb. “What are you talk– “

“Quill no longer buys ‘em in bulk, and I haven’t heard the crinkling of a wrapper in a long time,” Rocket interrupts her. He taps one ear. “Sometimes, having perfect hearing is a curse.”

No use denying it. “I really didn’t need the details.”

“I am Groot.” How do you think we feel?

“Well, neither do the rest of us, so… there’s a switch on the side. The green light next to it indicates it’s working,” Rocket instructs, ignoring Groot.

“Hey guys,” Peter greets the trio as he strides across the room towards the coffee pot, a noticeable stiffness in his gait.

Rocket falls silent as he takes in Peter’s telltale stilted walk, horrible realization dawning on him. He turns to Groot, who is watching the man as well, having put aside his game for once at the worst possible moment. The disturbed expression alighting his face indicates he’s thinking exactly the same thing. Lovely.

Oblivious, Peter glances at the mechanical disk in Gamora’s hands. “What’s that?”

Rocket closes his eyes and palms the side of his face, his fingers massaging his temple in exasperation. “…I could have lived my entire life without that mental image and been perfectly happy,” he mumbles.

“I am Groot.” Well fuck, you learn something new every day.

“Hey. Language!”

I Saw A Shooting Star (And I Thought Of You)

(Starmora Week 2018 - Day 3: Night Confessions/Stargazing)

Title is from “All of the Stars” by Ed Sheeran! Enjoy!!

Summary: After a stressful mission, Peter and Gamora take a walk.

The mission doesn’t go as planned. Rocket almost gets set on fire, Mantis almost gets shot, and Drax…well, Drax almost gets himself killed by taking on more criminals than he could handle. So, yeah. It was stressful.

However, stressful in his eyes is also a good thing. It usually meant going on long walks with Gamora, which is what they’re doing now. The mission somehow brought them back to Berhert, which also brought back some unwanted memories from the two months prior. Ego. Yondu. Their fight. That was all in the past, but a remainder of it still sent a horrible feeling to their guts. Although, they did miss how beautiful the planet looked at night.

Hand-in-hand, they walk far away from the Benatar. They take in the calming nature of the forest, in a comfortable silence. At least until Peter trips over his own two feet, mesmerized by the beautiful scenery.

“Are you okay?” Gamora asks with a raised eyebrow.

“Yeah, but it’s surprisingly really comfy down here.” With a grunt, he rolls himself onto his back and looks up at the stars. A yawn escapes his mouth as he shifts his eyes to Gamora, who’s glaring at him with her arms crossed. “I’m too tired to get up.”

The woman softens her expression and playfully rolls her eyes. She stretches out her hand to him, only to get gently pulled beside him. If it wasn’t for her being as exhausted as he is, she would’ve hesitated more than she did. And so, they lay there in silence, gazing up at the stars. “It’s beautiful.”

“Just like you.” Peter whispers even though they were completely alone.

A soft chuckle escapes Gamora’s mouth. “God, you’re such a sap.”

“It’s true.” He states, turning his head to face her. “Where do you see us, like five years from now?”

Gamora turns to lay on her side. “I don’t know. I haven’t really thought about the future.” She looks at him in curiosity. “What about you, Peter Quill? What plans do you have up your sleeve?”

“I mean, I guess I’ve always had an idea.” Peter explains as he mirrors Gamora’s position.

“And what’s that?”

“I mean, I always saw my mom moping about Ego and…you know what came of that.” Gamora nods as if prompting him to continue. “But, um, she always told me these stories about everything they did together. Of course, I never forgave him for leaving, but…this is gonna sound kinda weird…I made her a promise that I’d fall in love with someone who would come back. If that makes sense?” A green hand stretches out to rub his own.

“Of course it does, but it’s not weird. Not at all.” She gives him a soft, sentimental smile that makes his heart beat a little faster than usual. “What else?”

Peter clears his throat. “Well, I mean, I always watched those movies and TV shows where people fall in love, and get married…even have kids…” The last part is barely audible, but it makes Gamora’s smile widen a bit.

“Is that what you want?” The ex-assassin somehow subtly moved closer to him in the time they’d been talking. They’re merely inches apart and Peter can count every single one of her eyelashes. “Get married and have children?”

Heat starts to radiate in Peter’s cheeks as his face gets slightly more red in the dim rays of the moons. “I guess.” He rubs an awkward hand on the back of his neck.

Gamora’s hand slides off Peter’s hand and onto his chest, looking at him through her eyelids. “And who do you plan to do this with?” It’s rare to see Gamora this playful and noticing that she isn’t scared of his answer, he decides to play back.

“Well, I mean, there’s this girl that totally kicked my ass a few months ago. She’s green and she’s such a badass with her sword.”

“And?” She’s leaning into him.

“She’s the most beautiful and caring woman I’ve ever met.”

“And?”

His heart is beating out of his chest at this point. “No matter how much shit gets thrown her way, she still has a heart of gold.”

“And?”

There’s a slight pause as Peter thinks of what to say next. It’s hard to think when you have the most dangerous, yet sexiest, woman in the galaxy, pressed up against your chest, grazing your lips with her own. “And I want to live the rest of my life with her by my side, like she is right now.”

“God, you’re such a sap.” With that, she smashes her lips against his. Gamora rolls them both over onto his back, straddling him between his hips and continuing to passionately kiss him. “I…love you.” She whispers in between kisses. It’s the first time she says it, and if it wasn’t for them being out in the open, it might’ve led somewhere else…

As soon as they break apart for air, they pull back enough to where their foreheads are still touching. Gamora pushes herself off of him enough to where she could grab his hand. She sets their intertwined hands on his chest and lays on top of them.

Peter lifts up his free hand and begins to run his fingers through her hair. After a moment of silence, she finally speaks, “If you do have children with her, what would you name them?”

“If it’s a girl, probably Jovi, as in Bon Jovi, of course. If it’s a boy, I don’t know. Probably, Lennon, as in-”

“John Lennon.” Gamora chuckles.

“What about you?”

“I don’t know. I love your ideas though.”

“Of course, you do.” He receives a playful smack against his chest. “Yup, I deserved that.”

“I don’t want to go back. I’m comfortable here.” The woman nuzzles further into his chest and lets out a deep sigh. Eventually, she dozes off and falls asleep on his chest and he’s fine with it.

“I love you, too.”

“I haven’t seen these since I was 8 years old,” Peter breathed in wonder, staring up at the sky. He had told her this was a romantic thing to do. That on his homeworld, the top three sappiest date ideas were dinner and a movie (classic), going on a picnic (made better with wine), and stargazing (the most romantic- he said. And also the best for making out).

I kinda hate this but it’s something. I really hate how this turned out, the only good thing about this is probably that I figured out how I’m gonna draw the eyes. But maybe it’s ok, I might just be going to hard on myself.
