Dazai Osamu - Dazai is a meister, and is unusually compatible. He has the uncanny ability to sync with almost any weapon, though not for an extended period of time as his own soul is rather spiky.Â
Atsushi Nakajima - Atsushi is a weapon, though he didnât know it for a long time as he didnât come into it until he was fifteen, and even then only transformed in sleep. He transforms into a claw-like metal glove good for slashing.
Kunikida Doppo - Unsurprisingly Kunikida is a meister. Even more unsurprisingly is that he hasnât had a weapon in years. (He had wielded Atsushi one time.)
Izumi Kyouka - A weapon, she transforms into a katana. She transformed for the first time only a month before she was made to join the port mafia, and is now wielded by Yosano.
Edogawa Ranpo - Ranpo is a meister, though he never pursued a weapon in youth or went to any level of schooling for it. Poe, his weapon, is the only one heâs ever had.
Tanizaki Junichirou and Naomi - The siblings are both weapons, and transform into long daggers. Striking them against each other can produce sparks- Dazai canât wield them because he laughs his ass off.
Miyazawa Kenji - A meister, and the only one in the ADA currently capable of wielding the Tanizaki siblings.
Fukuzawa Yukichi - Weapon, a decorative katana that is extremely sharp

Akutagawa Ryuunosuke - Akutagawa is a weapon, a pitch black rifle. He has issues connecting with others and can only work with a calm meister

Kyusaku Yumeno - A weapon, a large and confusing thing that seems ever changing, a trump card on a battlefield if he were easier to connect to. Has only ever been wielded by Dazai and Mori

I have this headcanon that Wednesdays is his day to fuck with routine.
Because routine fucks with him. Repetition really annoys him to the point of panic attacks, paranoia, etc. So Wednesdays are his days to shake shit up.
    So maybe a Wednesday near Halloween he comes in the most ridiculous costume he can think of. (In a crack roleplay one time it was a Gamzee Makara -get it cause heâs high all the time- cosplay where he wasnât painted grey because his skin does that already, heâs pretty much naked, with only a Faygo 2 liter covering his dick. That and a shitty pair of horns and no wig because the screw exists.)
Maybe a Wednesday he comes in carrying three bodybags and one is actually full of something, but it just sits there next to his desk all day. Doing nothing.
Maybe he brings food and just snacks on it during classes but doesnât offer any ever except to those brave enough to ask him after class.
Heâd come in with something TOTALLY RANDOM every Wednesday and act completely fucking normal.

I'm not an emotional person, but this was something that I needed to say.
Iâd really appreciate it if people could like so Mark will see this message. I donât normally use tumblr like this but I tried to put my heart out there and say whatâs on my mind.
Okay, here goes.
Videos like this one were so important. Mark, youâre such an inspiration to me, and I think I speak for a lot of other fans when I say that youâre an inspiration to them as well. Since I became a fan in August 2015 youâve taught me not just how important it is to look after other people, but also that itâs important to look after myself. Youâre such an important figure in my life because youâre one of the only people that genuinely has a positive impact on me â thoughts and actions and all. Youâve made me a better person and Iâm only getting better every day. My adjustment disorder rarely even affects me anymore thanks to you, and my anxiety even less so â because you taught me that nobody is perfect and that itâs okay to fail.
I would say that you have no idea just how important you are to the people who love you, but I donât think thatâs true. You have such a big heart and you care for us so much, and it is truly endearing and meaningful. And, on a personal note, let me just say that it is such an honour to be a fan of somebody who cares so much for the people around him. There have been so many times where Iâve wanted to give up in the last few years, Mark, but thanks to you I now have the motivation to carry on with my life, my plans, my end goal. I guess the point of this is just a way for me to say thank you for driving me (and many other fans) forward every day. I mean it, it is truly an honour for me to call myself a Markiplier fan, and Iâll wear it proud on my sleeve until the day I die.
Weâll never let you down, Mark, I promise. And remember, we love you dearly. Continue using your influence to make the world a better place, and weâll always keep you in mind as we do the same.
