Exposing Total Trauma

(Just letting you know total trauma’s creator, Wyatt, goes by pri,prin, and princself pronouns. Even though I do not agree with pri’s actions, please don’t misgender or harass Wyatt. I am just making light of the situation.)

I know lots of people in the total drama fandom are a fan of the total trauma fancomic. While I don’t really like the comic, I should make others aware of its terrible creator and pri’s past, Wyatt. Wyatt has shown to be problematic, as pri has sexualized underaged characters and bodyshaming.

This may seem strange, as total trauma has morals of not sexualizing teenagers and accepting people for who they are, but clearly pri has a past of major hypocrisy. How do I know of Wyatt’s past? Well, let’s thank pri’s old deviantart account,

While not confirmed, it’s clear this is Wyatt’s old Deviantart account, as it has a reference sheet of Courtney’s girlfriend, Cecily, who is in total trauma:

On Wyatt’s deviantart account, pri has mostly fanart of total drama characters, majority which are underaged. (You could technically make an acception for the gen 1 characters, as they turned 19 but Ridonculous Race, but still.)

Sexualizing underaged characters

In Wyatt’s Deviantart account, pri has some art sexualizing the total drama characters:

While normally I’d ignore this kind of content, please remember total trauma has a whole side plot of Zoey and Mike/Vito being sexualized while young, and how it traumatized them. So Wyatt making these drawings doesn’t seem to have the same morals. 

Bodyshaming

This section is quite short, but should still be mentioned. On the heathersuoh account, it also has art of heather and some other character doing some bodying shaming.

I know that saying people have a “small dick” is just a normal insult, it’s still bodyshaming and should be condemed. Just because women are bodyshamed more, doesn’t mean men also can’t be bodyshamed.

Although you could make the argument that this art is just heather being in character, which is a rude teenager, Wyatt also mentioned in the description how pri represents prinself through heather. 

Acting Creepy towards minors

I found this info due to Chref’s posts on tumblr, who had talked a lot about this situation, accusing Wyatt of being a groomer. I will be using Chref’s and Wyatt’s posts here for this story. While I don’t know for sure if Wyatt is a groomer, pri has definitely been strange around underaged people.

Some time last year, Wyatt had tried to get legal guardianship over a minor, named Zacharie who is now 18-19, who was friends with pri that was in the total trauma fandom. The minor that Wyatt tried to have guardianship over was about 5 years younger than pri, so was 19 when the two of them met online. The two had a “parent-child” type of relationship, it was not romantic or sexual in any way. Wyatt claims to want to adopt Zach, as they had a bad relationship with their family. Chref, who was in the same discord server as Wyatt found out about this, calling it out on his tumblr. While many can speculate what happened with Wyatt and Zach, Wyatt has shown to be quite obsessive over pri’s friends.

Not only that, but Zach would see Wyatt as an actual parent figure, defending pri when pri was accused of grooming. (If you are curious, Zacharie is not with Wyatt anymore, proof will be provided in the next post) Wyatt deleted most posts regarding Zach, and was saddened that Zach left pri.

It’s really clear that Wyatt cannot act normally towards minors, and pri is generally really gross towards kids. It doesn’t help that this is also present in the total trauma comic, which has Courtney dating a girl that’s barely 18. It’s clear that Wyatt uses Total Trauma as an outlet for prin’s own feelings and morals, so it real creepy the fact that pri is even using this theme of minors in pri’s work.

However, Wyatt’s morals must have changed, as pri did come out as aesexual. Still, I think these old artworks should be addressed in some way by Wyatt.

Hating/Gatekeeping Cisgender people

The last section is how Wyatt has shown to hate and gatekeep prin’s content from people who happen to be cisgender. 

On Wyatt’s account, there’s one piece called “if ur cis go away”  , showing Heather, Sierra, and Harold as trans. While I don’t have a problem is headcanoning characters as trans or LGBT+, (as I am part of the LGBT+) Wyatt has shown a lot of hatred for cis people. 

In the comment section under this piece, one comment asks Wyatt about pri’s bad attitude. 

While it isn’t my place to change Wyatt’s mind about cisgendered people, it should be noted how Wyatt doesn’t want cis people following pri’s content, wanting cis people to leave pri alone. Even though I could care less about total trauma, as a cisgendered bisexual, this doesn’t feel quite inclusive for everyone to read, especially if you can’t be cis for Wyatt to approve of you following pri.

i agree with most of this except for the last bit. imo, trans people have every right to ask cis people to dni. cis people are often known for being bigoted, ofc its not all, but its a safety thing.

Thank you for pointing this out. Sorry I should’ve been more clear in the original post. Yes lgbt ppl can ask cis people to not interact with their content, it’s just I wanted it to be known since Wyatt didn’t publicly share that info. I did ask Wyatt about pri’s current stance on cis people, but I got no response. So I’m assuming pri’s content is still gatekept from cis people. I just added it since personally it doesn’t sit right with me (im a cis bisexual so I would feel partially unwanted if I liked Wyatt’s content)

And to be quite honest I didn't really see A point at first, I thought about doing something with this bg sharing more of my art, and just using what this site is for and just… blogging, though my thoughts are just a lot more fucking short-term and whatever so I never really think about making a post till recently when I made a post about being Aromantic, and that got a lot of attention so I decided to see what I can make out of this and whatnot.

I don't, really have much to say but I opened an ask box for anyone to ask me questions and allowed the choice for you guys to be anonymous :)

I’ll try to make an introductory post when I can as I've been doing a whole lotta nothing other than drawing. I've been thinking about opening up commissions and just building up the art career I always wanted but due to my home life and other personal issues I haven't really felt all that motivated.

I knew that Aroallo people exist and whatnot but I’m honestly not sure how I didn’t realize I was aromantic for so long given how much I hated romantic acts.

I was about 19-20 when I found out, by then I had no celebrity crushes, seven fictional, and less than five in person.

I would always say “oh I don’t think I have a type” but then follow it up with “if I did I think it would be basic human empathy” and “honestly, I don’t fall in love a lot but when I do I love for a long time and only put all my energy into that person.” Little did I know people don’t typically do that.

As for crushes, this ten fold, not only would I be unable to do anything but I’ll be honest, I would be in so much denial for so long that by the time I admit to having any interest I would feel the desire to vomit then explode.

What do you mean people don’t feel this way about dating? What do you mean people my age fall in love more often? I thought they were just cuckoo bananas!

Being Aromantic is not a choice. It’s just who we are.

And I forgot to mention the Aro-Spectrum identities:

Demiromantic: only feeling romantic attraction to someone once you’ve formed a strong emotional bond. Can be used with another term or on its own

Recipromantic: only feeling romantic attraction when you know the person is attracted to you

Grey-Aromantic: very rarely feeling romantic attraction towards anyone. Can be used with another term or on its own

Lithromantic/Akoiromantic: experiencing romantic attraction without desire for reciprocation
