Hear are somr things i used to bitch about as a bartender or manager but would now welcome since we are in quarantine

Guest:can i have a beer

Precovid me: uhhh what kind dude theres like 30 here youre wasting time heres a bud

Postcovid: omg yes we have (lists all and then they ask for a bud) omg the first thing i said and you didnt stop me no problem let me get that right for you so happy to do so!

Guest: a bartender here made me this one drink one time and it was so good but idk what it was

Precovid: well since you don't know heres this hope you like it. 10 bucks please

Postcov: omg let me try, here are 15 cocktails taste test them lmk if any are right, only pay for the one you like!

Guest: i didnt like this food i only ate it cuz i was hungry

Precovid: well you ate all of it and i checked on you three times and it wasnt till i dropped the bill you had a problem so i mean youre paying for it

Postcovid:omg totally get it no worries i. Taking this off, givibg you a different meal to go, a desserr for here and 20% off your bill

Just got home from my second job. Ooened my first job up at 113o, then pulled the closing bar shift at my 2nd. To say the least im beat. And as much as i love my drunk regulars i really just wanted to kick them out but instead stayed open for them, and as much as i bitch and moan that this is my first of 3 open to close shifts in a row (not to mention opening the bar every day after) i fuckin love it. I mean just take a glance at half of my take home. It sucks and im tired and if i make one more Saratoga Swizzle im going to scream, but I make damn good money for what some people consider "not a real job"👌

Bartender Problems right here, satellites always go out during rain storms. Luckily no games and honestly no customers. But during a big game, this shit grinds my gears because everyones screaming at you but there is absolutely nothing i can do.

Bartending has so many perks, like making yourself yummy drinks on your first day off in for ever! I call this "What Dreams Are Made Of" it consists of Ruby Viniq, Blackberry Brandy and Ginger Ale. Light and tasty pregame drink for myself.

Broadway Punch Three Olives Blueberry, Strawberry Liqueur, Peach Schnapps, Orange Juice and Sour Mix with Fresh Fruit

Did a little twist on the classic Bomb Pomp today by adding a little flavor with Strawberry Smirnoff and Viniq for a little sparkle. Perfect way to show some pride in your country while getting your drank on.

Hey Im Stephanie

So I've been a bartender for quite some time, been mixing drinks since before then. Over the years you aquire some stories, between customers and coworkers and it dawned on me that i should start a blog!

Ive got a decent following in Saratoga Springs that knows when they want something yummy mixed up to just let me go for it, and i dont dissapoint.

So mainly this blog is to help me vent and to share my yummy drinks with the world.

Plus, i work 24/7 and figure since i dont do much with my free time to try blog life out.

So hope this isnt boring, once the stories come i dont think it will be. Ask me questions because i love answering them, and start a discussion because thats what i want this to be.
