7th, 8th, and 9th Monthsary. I am happy. 😊 And I do always tell her that, on how #happy I am that she's in my life. She's #precious to me... Very precious. 😊 Too precious for me that posting our pics on #facebook just doesn't cut it. Honestly, parang ang cheap kung i-ffacebook ko lang siya. She's really special to me. Very #special. But anyways, I'm starting to write our #story in my Family History. I think that's worth it. :) There are things that can be shared (sometimes even, should be shared) but in this point of my life, not everything should be shared. It is enough to say we are doing well and we are happy. Hehe. One time in our dates, I was just impressed to do this "budgeting activity". This is my first time to do this as this #idea just came into my #mind. What we did is we started to #write down all of the possible expenses that we're going to have as #husband and #wife. We wrote how much would be our rent, our #food per day, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc. per month. We did talk about #money and how are we going to live based on our income. It wasn't awkward. It was actually #nice! I even think that's one of the best #date ideas and activity I've ever done. I took her hand and put it on my left chest. I asked, "can you feel my #heartbeat?". She said, "Yes". Me: Alam mo ba sino 'to? (Do you know who's this?) Her: Who? Me: Ikaw. (You.) Her: *smiles* Me: Alam mo ba mangyayari pag nawala 'to? (Do you know what will happen if this is gone?) *Her right hand still on my chest.* Her: Mawawala din ako? (I'll be gone, too?) Me: Hindeeee... ano ba yan... ulitin ko ha. Sino 'to? Her: Ako. (Me.) Me: Ano ang mangyayari pag nawala 'to? Her: Mawawala ka? Me: Hindi... haiyyy... *scratches head* Ulitin natin. Sino nga 'to ulit? Her: Ako. Me: Ano ang mangyayari pag nawala ang #puso ng isang tao? Her: Mamamatay. Me: So ano ang mangyayari pag nawala ang puso ko? Her: Mamamatay ka....? Me: Tama. At sino nga 'to? *her hands still on my chest* Her: Ako. Me: So ano mangyayari pag nawala 'to? Her: Mamamatay ka. Me: So ano ang mangyayari pag nawala ka. Her: Mamamatay ka? Me: *#smiles* Ang #ganda na sana ng banat ko eh, hindi niya lang na gets agad. Hahaha. Natawa talaga ako dun. Medyo #corny lang ng banat ko. At least may naisip ako. Hahahahaha! This was during our latest #date last week. Time is just so fast! 6 months na pala kami? Hahaha... lols. I bought her this #letter (1st #picture)... and a buy 2 free 1 #chocolate. Hahahaha!! Ang cheap ko noh? Well, hindi naman ako ganun ka #rich eh. Besides, in any #gift (for me), it's the thought that counts. In giving a consummable gift, the brand wouldn't make much difference. On things like #chocolates, its honestly the amount that would make a difference. Kakainin naman kasi nila yun eh. Hahaha. Also, I'm fond and I'm a fan of writings, that's why I prefer to give these kind of gifts (#letters) compared than other gifts. This one is unique and it's true. When I tell you "I #love you", it means "#forever". It's so cool that other people have these #thoughts as well. I so love this one. :) #PS: it's actually past my birthday when I wrote this one. Late na talaga ako sa mga posts ko... hahaha. Cos my purpose is just to actually keep the real feelings and memories that I had w/o the influence of what others would think. Heck, it's been almost a month since the last #memory post. Hahaha. But I've been very productive the past days. I have done a lot of things and I've been #happy of what I am achieving. Busy can be a word to describe it but I prefer to call it productive cos they are actually what I need to be doing, since I also consider now social media as a distraction to me, lol. If I'm not on social media, I'm not busy. I'm productive. Hahahaha!! Kidding. (Hey, I'm not saying social media is bad. It is actually good! It's just that in this time of my life, I have more responsibilities to do) Anyways, it's been a year since the last YSA Conference (cos we usually do it end of October). I actually looked back on my post and last year, I have no one to dance with. But now, well, it's the best YSA Conference that I have attended. Nandun kasi siya. Hahaha! Nakakatawang pakinggan pero honestly, I am happy. Yep, I am happy. :) During the dance social night, the song "Can I Have This Dance" was played. I had previously told my #girlfriend during one of our dates if she can imagine me and her #dancing with this #song. And that night, it happened. I told her to look me in the eyes while dancing and never doubt that I #love her. Also, when the host said that it's time to change partners, we didn't. Well.... I didn't. Bahala kayo. Hahaha. I finished the whole song with her. It was also our first dance as a #couple. :) The activity lasted only for 2 days and a night, and I am with her most of the times. Palagi kaming magkasama. Well in fact, I was the one who's wanting to be with her most of the times, but I also make sure na hindi ako masyadong yung binabawalan siya. I want to be with her cos I just want her to feel that I am just there. :) Alam ko din naman na mahal niya ako. Hehehe. She would choose to be with me rather than her friends. And cos that's the case, I promise that I would be the best friend she will ever have. Lust has no part in our #relationship. I know that our relationship is pure, and I love it. And oh! So last week, we turned 5 months. (Grabe, ang tamad #tamad ko na talaga mag social media. 😂😂😂 hahaha!) Anyways, yes, we turned 5 months last week, and she gave this to me! (Super #smile, 😁) She made an effort to do this. May sinulat pa siya on one part of the #letter na, "pasensya, di ako #artistic tulad mo." Hahaha... 😂 Nahh, it doesn't matter. It's always the thought that counts. Kinikilig din kaya ako pag binibigyan ako ng mga ganito. lololol. 😂 Ang #corny ko. Lol. She's the 2nd #girl na nagbigay ng #love letter sakin, haha. I wasn't able to prepare to give something to her (busy at napagod sa work eh, haha) pero I sent her an #honest message (see 4th #picture.) Minsan, natatawa ako sa mga #message ko. Seryoso na may halong patawa. Parang ang #abnormal. Haha. One thing that's worth remembering on our #date last time was when she asked me if pipiliin ko pa ba daw siya kung mangyari mang mag-away kami? (if I understood it right, 'if a serious argument happens, will I choose to #stay with her?') Kasi siya daw, sabi niya, pipiliin niya pa rin ako. She will choose me over the argument. Then ako tinanong niya, pipiliin ko rin ba daw siya? I didn't answer her immediately. I told her, that what I'm thinking is way beyond that. I told her that I want to be with #her in the #celestial kingdom. So, I said, "of course! I don't know if you're thinking of it but I'm already imagining living with Heavenly Father with you. You are the love of my #life and I want to live in the Celestial #Kingdom with #you." It won't be #easy in #mortality. It will be #hard work. But I have already decided that that's where I am going. :) Okay na, tama na kadramahan. Masyadong seryoso, hahaha. Gosh.. it's been a long time since I've written something in here. Well, I've been busy lately with work and some eternal stuff. And honestly, it seems like nakukulangan ako sa time. There are so many important #stuff that needs to be done and #time is just so #precious to me now. I can't waste it. Haha. Anyways, 2 weeks ago, I participated in a #Family Week #celebration that the #city where I live in organize. The one that I attended was like the closing ceremony held at #Mandaue City Central School. I participated in the parade (see first #picture, that's me and my girlfriend in the rightmost side of the picture, walking) since I didn't attend the opening exercises the week before this (I have work, haha). It's always such a #good feeling to give off yourself in #service of others. The closing activities includes mainly of medical check-ups (optical, dental, etc.). People may not know but #Mormons are very engaged in #humanitarian #service, like VERY #ENGAGED. (#davidarchuleta and I even spent 2 full years doing it, hehe). Also, one #funny thing is that we were already on our way when me and my #girlfriend saw in an #fb post that we are to wear #white shirts dapat. So we went back home and just quickly grabbed some of the white #shirts I have. That's why if you can see, my girlfriend wears a David Archuleta shirt that I bought last 2009. (see 2nd picture. She looks #cute wearing it though, for me, haha). We had a #wonderful date that week. I actually always look forward for every official #date that we are having because we're talking about serious stuff. There's even that time that #night that her friends are calling her because they just want to talk to her. I actually would just let her answer the calls but she didn't. Instead, she told them that she's not available that time to #talk to them. Nagde-date pa daw kami, later na lang daw sila. Hahaha. Honestly, kinilig ako dun. She got #sick these days (colds) so I've been striving to eat fruits with her lately. So in our dates, we eat #fruits, a lot of times. 😆 At some point also, she's kind of ashamed of how she #looks if she's not in her #best look. You know those #moments na wala kang ganang magpa ganda kasi may sakit ka? So you'd really look tired and stressed if you had #colds. (It's also been #raining a lot lately here in our place.) But I told her, honestly, that she need not worry if she's not in her best look. I can still tell her that I #love her even when my #eyes are closed. After all, it wasn't because of her looks that I asked her to #date me in the first place. Nope. My #aunt owns a #beauty parlor, and I've been there almost everyday during my early years. I always see #pretty faces in there. Of course! That's a beauty #parlor, that's where people go when they want to get pretty. So I'm used to see very #good #faces in there, both men and women. Because of that exposure, I have come to appreciate and differentiate the face and character of a person. If a person is pretty, then she's pretty. I appreciate it and that's just the end of it. Knowing the #character of a person is a different process. My decision to date her is way beyond the face. The reason is #sacred to me that I have only shared it with her and my #mom. Anyways, I'm hoping her colds won't lead her having a #fever. Also, we went to #Robinsons #Cebu one time this week and she took me to this #fountain that changes colors (see #pictures). I had told her before that I can say I love her even when my #eyes are closed. Sabi niya ngayon, mamahalin niya pa rin daw ako kahit wala na akong paa... and I was like, "huh?"... Ang weird lang. 😂 But I do feel at times that she really looking and wanting my presence than anything else. Hinahanap hanap ba... 😆 Sabagay, ako din naman. Haha. Hayaan niyo na, #bestfriends kami eh. Halos lahat ng bagay, napag-uusapan namin. Even those converstations namin sa ibang tao, we talk about it. I feel #grateful that she really cares about my #safety and protects me from other people, wherein I'm also seeking the same #protection for her that's why I've been constantly asking her how she's doing and how's her #relationship with other #people. It's on these times, we are giving our best loyalty to each other. Cos when one of us fail, both of us fail. I've been making #sandwiches and #pancakes for us to #eat the past #Sundays because we're both staying at the #church beyond church service hours. I've got some long and important tasks to do as a clerk, and she patiently waits for me usually until 8 or 9pm... every Sunday... Yep. every #Sunday... And I just can't imagine how will I endure it well without my #girlfriend. It's just so true, #man cannot live by himself alone and #women are of very #precious and critical factor to a man's #success. Anyways, we turned 4 months last September 11 and I gave her this #card. I originally bought it (because I don't have time to make one on my own) and I added some words of my own into it. It's true though, without her, I could have missed so much #happiness... so much #laughter... and so much #love. I love her. :) PS: She's not reading my Instagram anymore. Haha. I think I need to do this more often. Make #video #diaries. 😂😂✌️ Also, this is one of the #best things when you start dating in your middle #twenties... Both of you are full of #energy na kayang niyo pang tumakbo ng mabilis. Haha. (If I date on my 30's, di ko na to magagawa... Seryoso though...Haha). We went on that same old #bridge that we used to go. We went earlier though, 5PM, to experience the #sunset (we don't want to see the sunset, we want to experience the sunset... we're facing the east side, the sun sets on the west, haha). The east side #view of the bridge is actually #pretty #nice. There are a lot of #ships, some are just parking in the #water (parking in the water!🤘😂😆), others are catching fishes. I can say that the #place where we live is half-#city-half-province kind of type. I'm loving #cebu. Haha. We spent 4 hours together (includes #travel). It was dark already when we decided to run on the bridge... to see who runs faster. I know my #girlfriend can #run but the road on the side of the bridge where we ran is too narrow that she can't overtake me. I won the first run but maybe we will try it again next time on a more spacious area. Haha. This week, I have some realizations. Before, I thought I can grow well kahit ako lang mag-isa. I even thought, I am matured enough and that I can continue growing & learning things on my own. I was wrong... Like so sooo wrong! I have a high respect on #women before. But it became higher when she came in my life. I have realized I have so many things to grow pa. Like so soo many!!! Haha! I'm glad I followed what was mentored to me to start dating and be prepared to get married as early as I can. #Life is happier when you have more years to spend it with your better half rather than spend it being single. (Parang nakakalungkot ngang isipin na sa buong lifetime mo, mas marami kang years na single ka kesa sa may kasama ka. 😆) Eww, ang #corny ko na naman. Haha. Going to #Bohol last week was really memorable to me. I remember the time when we're in the #ship that she slept on my chest. Like she literally slept! Swerte niya ah. Hahaha. Siya natulog, ako hindi. Hahaha... Eventhough I went uncomfortable at times, I never waked her up. I realized that time na ganun pala kapag may mga anak ka na. Yung feeling ba... that you would be willing to #sacrifice a bit of uncomfort so that they would be in #comfort... cos you #love them. 😆😊 Then while we're in their #house, nagluluto kami - breakfast and lunch. Minsan siya, one time ako. Tapos ayaw niya akong pahugasin ng pinggan. Haha. Pero habang ginagawa niya ang mga yun, I was observing and looking at her. I thought, grabe, ayaw kong mapagod masyado ang magiging asawa ko. Hahaha. Marunong naman akong gumawa ng mga gawaing bahay eh, ayaw niya lang akong gumawa nun that time. 😆 During my whole one day stay there, di na kami lumabas ng bahay kasi mainit. Natulog lang kami (#siesta) and nag-usap ng nag-usap.... buong umaga at hapon. Hahaha. We went out na lang mga 5PM, to look around the #island. (This is the time where this #sunset #picture was taken, and also the #videos in the previous post). Then #evening came, I was at first hesitant to do it pero nasasayangan din ako kasi aalis na kami the next day, so we ultimately decided na maligo sa dagat. Again, it was my first time in a long time na maligo sa dagat. It was also our 3rd monthsary that day! The first time as well na magkasama kami the whole day during our #monthsary. Haha. Swerte niya, siya yung first na nakakita ng bench body ko. Hahaha. Joke! Pero honestly, it was my first time to get off my upper clothes para makapagbanlaw ng maayos. Sobrang lamig maligo sa gabi! 😂 One of the #sweetest thing she did that night was that time that she was caressing my #hair (yun bang parang sinusuklay niya buhok ko pero gamit ang kamay niya) while I'm sleeping. I remember my #mom doing that to me as well. Swerte ng #girlfriend ko, maganda din ang buhok ko. Hahaha. ✌️ We didn't #sleep beside each other. I think I've kissed her cute #cheeks around a hundred times already... well, not sure if it reached a hundred already. 😂😂😂 This #photo was taken during one of our FHEs. We've been doing FHE's since naging kami and we didn't missed a week yet w/o #FHE for 3 months. 🤘😁 We've been meeting a lot more often lately, especially when we both worked in the #temple for 2 weeks. We have been going home together during those times. During one of our dates, we talked about how many #kids she prefers to have. I actually have no number in my mind but she said 4 would be #good - 2 #girls and 2 #boys is the ideal. One time, we even practiced teaching the Plan of Salvation to our kids. Like seriously! And I #love it. We were both saying things like, "anak, what #mommy told you is true... etc." Haha! It was kind of hard at first cos we were both striving to simplify the words we're using when #teaching so that our very own #children would understand but it made us realize to prepare well for that teaching #moment cos it will happen talaga. I love that specific #date we had. Haha. Also, I told her that I wanted her to be the #best that she wanted to become and we both talked about our plans for the #future. She's so #sweet when she told me that she would #cook for me, na aayusin niya daw #necktie ko, etc. mga ganun-ganun. 😆 I know it wouldn't be always the ideal way we wanted it to be but it's just so sweet to hear it from her. We also talked about our #fears. Natatakot daw siya if darating yung time na mag-away kami. I told her that I don't know when that would happen but I want her to remember that I love her today. 😊 I've been also telling her my fears esp. about the future, but she then said that we really can't control everything about our future. Went to bohol last week to meet the her #family... at nang makilala din nila ako. 😁😊 I stayed there for 2 nights. On the afternoon of the day before we go back to #Cebu, we went to the nearby sandbar near their island and this is where I took these videos. Oh men, I always love #bohol because it's so clean! Just look at those waters! So clear and natural!!! It was also my first time that time to get a hold on a #starfish. Maraming starfish dun! As in marami!!! Haha. Natuwa talaga ako, as in! Hahaha. Also my first time to hold a live #crab. 😁 During my stay there, I got to meet her mother and father, and also most of her siblings. We also went to her aunt's house who was very happy to see both of us. It was a lovely experience that I'll treasure. :) We also went night #swimming on the night before we go home... and that's like the first time I've got to swim on a sea for 5 years. Hahaha. I never liked swimming on seas unless the water is clear... and I've never done that the last 5 years. Well, I actually can't remember when was the last time I swam on a sea, or even in a river. Went to bohol last week to meet the her #family... at nang makilala din nila ako. 😁😊 I stayed there for 2 nights. This is my childhood #crush. First met her when we're in 4th grade, we were both 10 years old then. #Classmates kami, seatmates more specifically. Our #teacher that time wants a #boy and a #girl to be #seatmates para ma minimize ang ingay. Pero feeling ko, mas naging maingay kaming dalawa. Ang dami pa nga niyang suntok at hampas sakin noon... as in marami talaga. 😂😂😂 It's #funny to remember that I learn how to make #love letters because of her. I used to #write #letters to her and she writes to me as well. I even used to #carve our names on trunks of the trees. I was really a #corny & #cheesy boy back then. Hahaha. I was just 10! I was pure. I was innocent. I knew nothing about pornography. I was just a sincere #kid. Last Tuesday night, we decided to meet for a dinner. She's currently working in #Cebu as an #accountant, and she's now taking a Masters Degree in her profession. Who would have really thought we would both live in Cebu? Haha. We talked about a lot of stuff. She also asked about #Mormon #marriage & stuff so I took her to the temple in Cebu and shared to her what are the temples. After we met, we both went home on the same jeepney going to Consolacion and it's my first time to wait for a #jeepney in the middle of the road! (It's something that we need to do to be able to get that jeepney during rush hours, see 3rd & 4th picture). I do really had lovley #childhood #memories with her. Last #picture is a stolen shot of her looking at her #phone (she's finding something in the Bible). She's a #funny but a #lovely #woman. I hope & wish she could find a #guy who would treat her well. When your girlfriend hugs you really tight and doesn't want to let go of the hug. Hahaha. 😂✌️ She's such a #sweetie... 😊 I remember many times that she sings hymns while we're walking, but I'm #singing other #songs. Haha. (Buang me, 😆). She's not #perfect but I love how she tries to control herself, which leads to a better her. What amazed me the past two weeks is that I realized we both have a strong foundation on knowing each other really well. Well, I can control myself that I just wouldn't think much of what others think of her but I'm amazed how she also chose to (not really ignore but to) depend on what she really thinks of me, too, and not what others think of me affect her much. Cos there would be people who would talk to us about ourselves as well, sometimes the #good side, sometimes the #embarrasing side, etc. 😂 But I trust that I actually know her better than them (and I kinda laugh at people who would talk to her about me, because honestly, my girlfriend knows more about me than them. Like she knows a lot! 😂 To be brutally honest, I don't think I've shared even 50% of myself to other #people than to my #girlfriend. Haha). And sometimes when other people tell me embarrasing things about her, I would constantly whisper and tell my grilfriend that I #love her. Yieee, ang #corny ko. Ayoko na. Hahaha. 😂😂😂 Anyways, I tried (volunteered) cutting her fingernails one time last week but I never finished it because she's too scared of me cutting her nails. 😂😂 I know that feeling so I understand. Anyways, we went to this place again a lot of times the past week. This #place is called (sounds like) "Pahara" and we're able to arrive early one time so I was able to take a clearer #picture of the #view. It was now her turn to ask questions and one of the questions she asked is 'what are your likes, and dislikes? (on all categories, or in all things). So the question is like, what do you usually like to do, why do you like it, what kind of people do you like, why, why don't you like this kind of stuff, etc.' It was a good get-to-know #date. :) In summary, I just love it when she hugs me tight. 😂😂😂😂😂😂✌️ 😆😆😆 #lds #mormon #blog #tumblr #writer
