We had a very successful premiere last night for the @nztreeproject in Hamilton. 200 people packed into the playhouse theatre to enjoy the show. The view from the top! The mountains just outside of Chiang Mai in northern Thailand are a great training ground. 10.5km from bottom to top and 10.5km all the way back down again with 800m of elevation gain. My last full day in Thailand today and a great way to say thank you and goodbye. Last run in Pai Northern Thailand and I made it to the waterfall and back which is 16km all up. That's 2.5km further than my longest previous distance which I ran a few months ago. Great to find the time and motivation for fitness and good health while travelling. My routine is never the same as I'm early in the same place for longer then a month.
