The way this man would give the Gordon Ramsey treatment to some of his adult grunts when they're acting stupid but get way noticeably gentler with the younger ones. He is by no means taking on a fatherly role, more like maybe the big brother or like that grungy uncle that shows up at the fam reunion that drinks way too much but stands up for you haha

If he finds out some of his younger ones had vapes, he does a room sweep and goes on a rant that it's not good for them YADDA YADDA RESPONSIBLE ADULT LECTURE, and then one of the older grunts are like, yo can I still smoke, and he just goes DO I LOOK LIKE I CARE?

This man can and cannot keep up with trends. The things he'll know and don't know varies randomly. (Guzma: "hell if I know what a Labubu thing is?" or randomly saying "in da club, we all fam") if his grunts post tiktok, there's a chance you'll see him in the background, either looking like a mess or staring at them and wondering why the heck they're dancing or something

Show him a meme on the phone and he'll grab it, stare at it, laugh, and give it back while saying he doesn't get it

Probably asks the lightest grunt to step on his back because he keeps slouching, and he'll sound like it's hell on earth but complain when they get off like what are you doing get back on ya almost got it - then scream bloody murder even louder and, yeah he's doing this on purpose
