One of the root problems of our society is a refusal or inability by media to articulate that all those “it’s gonna be an apocalypse” disasters were not disasters because we collectively did something about them.

The good news is this is actually quite correctable. I maintain my firm belief that we as humans are capable of solving almost all of our problems, when we decide to do so.

And I still think that’s going to happen. I don’t know when or how, but I do know that abandoning hope won’t help bring it about.

And I refuse to let the cynics own a chunk of my heart.

so what is The Hog and how does it relate to my love life? well my boyfriend lives in the middle of nowhere and his neighbor has a pig that they either let out or gets out (unclear) all the time. and i have yet to see The Hog but my boyfriend told me he’s not friendly. so every time i visit my boyfriend’s house i get out of my car and think about this hog. and go Oh God The Hog. what if The Hog is here to get me. this is a real problem i am having in my actual real life.

uhhhh uhhh uhhhh i don’t really watch movies :x i did watch spirited away with you within these past few weeks and yeah!! good movie. really amazing animation and interesting story and aesthetics.

edit: otherwise i watched rabisu: curse of the demon. BAD!!!! BAD BAD BAD i only watched it bc mom put it on for dinner. not good. it’s everything everyone hates about modern movies BEHDBJD

i get some of the most random stuff pop into my head at work?? there isn’t much that comes to mind atm but definitely this cover of akuma stocking. uujgjgkfjfifjkfkf but also the father’s song from the hansel and gretel opera plays in my head a lot too.

if you gave me a choice of coffee or tea i think i would choose coffee. i DO prefer my coffee black on a normal day but i am not immune to a sweet treat on occasion. sugar, cream, whipped cream, maybe even a bit of chocolate or a mint thrown in? basically replace the cocoa in hot cocoa with coffee lol

i don’t drink much alcohol but i have had enough beer to know that i like coors light the most. there was this beer that they had when i was working at the bar that was brewed with orange peels or something? i was SO obsessed with that too, but i think it was discontinued 😭 they were so sweet they actually stashed away the very last bottle for me and surprised me with it on my birthday.

my favorite soda is either regular coke or mountain dew baja blast.

hmmmmm trying to think of what other drinks i like…. i do have a free caramel frappe at mcdonald’s for each of my shifts.
