Very important announcement! (Last post) PLEASE READ!!

So I got an email back from some nice people who have been helping me. They worked with me and my mom to make sure we could get through our goal so we are close to getting out of the streets! (along with you guys help too thank you!)

I was informed we just need $530 that way we can get the full help that we need so me and my mom can finally get everything we need to be stable 😭 I was so happy to read the email this morning!! I'm so close I'm serious this time!! I'm so close to getting a normal life again!! So I need everyone's help one last time!! I just need $530 and I'll finally get the help I should've gotten since shelters in my area were unresponsive and ghosted me which was frustrating. I can get a car ride, finally get a damn truck, I can get clothes, I can go grocery shopping, get my medication all of it!! Well I didn't make it and I'm outside. 😞-UPDATE-

We didn't have enough time so we couldn't keep our room. It's blazing hot right now and I'm overstimulated from the heat. I'm trying my best to stay cool but I'm very heat sensitive. I got some water at least, I'm at a park. I'm sweating through my clothes and it's hard to breathe, I'll see later if I could sit somewhere that's cool. Dragging our suitcases gave me an asthma attack 😭 that and we will have a thunderstorm tomorrow....great.

" Why is a mermaid Black?" " Why is that dwarf Black?" " Why is that knight Black?" There's rampant biphobia and questioning of people's queer idenity as nonbinary or fear of being open about your Black queerness period... Too often in media our stories as Black people are only accepted if it centers our pain. Very rarely are we given opportunity in mainstream media to have our whimsical and fun coming of age stories without black trauma at it's core. Our history is part of us, but we can have our " Juno's " , our " Twilights" , our " Hunger Games" ...etc.. too. We are able to be and should be present in all genres and tell all kinds of stories. The Three Tomes aims to dismantle all of this. It's a Queer YA coming of age story about Tammy Harris, age 17. She lives in the Chicago Suburbs and is having her own adventure and dealing with grief and change through the magical lens of witches and vampires. The story centers on her, and a host of queer black and brown characters taking the lead. A Lesbian Witch, A gay Vampire priest, a gay Vampire villian, two bi, and pan vampire boys ( tammy's love interests) and Tammy's best friend who is nonbinary and black/indian mixed. Character Bios here Black people can be whimsical, magical and we deserve to be in fantasy stories.

Okay, I just need everyone to read this because tired.

So, I didn't get enough so I would have to go outside and it's awful outside. From going back and forth outside and in somewhere briefly is starting to make me numb. I'm trying to be strong with all of this and think positive, but my brain feels like it's about to turn off, I'm burned out.

I know I ask for a lot of help but what can I do? I tried calling and asking for help by many people to be ghosted, scammed and bailed on. I'm tired, this is never going to get better for me.

The heatwave is going to hurt me, it happened already where I couldn't breathe, I get dizzy, I sweat, I throw up and I faint. And with my asthma I could literally get harmed, it feels like my heart is about to burst. I don't know how serious I could make it sound for people to see that I am just tired of it all, mentally and physically.

If it helps I want to get a goal around $800-900 so I can have weeks in the hotel room. I'm just tired packing up and dragging my heavy bags. So please help me.

So I am in urgent care from an asthma attack from the heatwave. I was so dizzy and couldn't move I passed out and was rushed to the clinic. The weather is awful and I'm under a nebulizer. My chest hurts. Thing is I told the doctor I'm homeless and I can't be outside because of the heat. They gave me people to call and time to stay in the clinic but I told them about my mom and dogs. They could only hold us for today but we can't stay. Mostly with my condition. I got to call a Lyft for my mom to be here.
