how it feels to get out of the shower and come over to your spot on the couch to finally relax for the night and then the last thing you do is pick up your drink from where you put it on top of the tv cabinet to keep your dog from getting into it while you were out of the room to move it back down to the side table but it inexplicably slides out of your hand and falls five feet to the ground and shatters and the full contents (of soda) spill and splatter everywhere on everything in a very narrow corner of the room that is almost impossible to clean including multiple electrical cords and a power strip

anyone else notice how when "digital assistants" were just supposed to do specific tasks when you asked for them we had Alexa and Siri and Cortana, but now that they're being marketed as smart enough to take actions and make decisions on their own they've got names like Claude and Devin

i’m in a very weird place in my life where it’s gotten somewhat rare for me to feel capital s Suicidal. i haven’t had a single SI day this month so far. but i still don’t think life is worth the trouble. like if someone was like ‘if you could make it so that you never existed would you?’ my answer would be absolutely. best of all possible worlds. i’m tired of being tired. and sad. and anxious. every day for most if not all of the time.

i think any man who makes his entire thing fearmongering about birth rate declines should be put on a watchlist. i am simply not going to care what he has to say when he doesn't acknowledge that many women straight up do not want children and it's not just for Economic reasons. guaranteed financial security for me and a hypothetical child for the rest of our lives would not persuade me to have a kid.

just got back from walking seamus. he started screaming hysterically just seconds after we got out and continued barking frantically even while we were going in the other direction. but then we saw hades and his awesome gay dad going into the nature trail and they heard seamus and stopped and seamus barked and pulled all the way to hades and once they sniffed each other and jumped a bit we went our separate ways and seamus didn't bark the entire rest of the walk
