Sometimes being an introvert slowly eats you up from the inside. Studying alone in my hostel room makes me feel sad and lonely sometimes and honestly it affects my studies too.
Many times I feel like going outside maybe to a crowded place just to refresh my mind but my shy nature holds me back.
Today after waking up from an evening nap I decided I will have my evening tea outside and guess what it actually felt really good. I came back to my room with positive energy and got back to studying with a better mindest.
So if you are feeling low not able to focus or you are alone in your room with too many thoughts running in your head please step out for some time you will feel better.
