Life begins after a coffee.
āNot knowing what to do, where to go, I ended up in the only safe place: the libraryā @warmhealer

Iāve got a timed essay tomorrow on one of five poems weāve been studying so Iāve been going over some old annotations. I literally donāt know how I can understand them!!!
Also, I donāt know if any of you have ever studies this poem but literally every time I reread it, Iām seeing even more sexual innuendos!
Iām having a pretty productive day. Hopefully I can keep it that way š¤š¼
Only one new arrival, but Iāll take it
in the library today, dedicated to get some stuff done. letās kickstart the weekend off right. first on the docket for today: reading journals for my domesticity in america class.
I scored 95.83% on my math final today; Iām so proud. Iām just hoping I pass. š„

i canāt emphasise how much these cheat sheets have helped me for my chemistry exam!! iāve done both chemistry papers now and paper 1 wasnāt too bad but i donāt think i did as well as i wanted in paper 2 but iām staying positive and still hoping i can get my target grade!!!Ā
only one exam left after half term which is biology paper 2 so i have this whole week to revise for that one paper although i am spending the first few days of this half term just relaxing and not studying !!
update: since so many of you have messaged me about these, i decided to upload them (i never upload my notes so this is a first)Ā
Iām concerned about what to do with my notes when the exams are over? Did you guys throw yours away or should I save them?
Habits of successful students
Discipline: ādiscipline is doing what needs to be done, even when you donāt want toā, which means that you have to force yourself to start doing things.Ā
Concentration: when you make a real effort in your work (study, homeworks etcā¦) you will be more likely to actually focus, understand and learn.Ā
Organization: always set tasks and goals and organize a study-schedule. Maybe you donāt really want to plan all the week, but if you just wake up and open your agenda/bullet journal/iphone calendar and write down all the things you have to do, setting due dates and deadlines, youāll feel more conscious and encouraged to stay on track.Ā
Tasks-splitting: sometimes, you write down your tasks. Some of these tasks may be very hard and complicated, and it will take a long long time to complete them. So, you can split them in smaller tasks, so you will feel satisfied after a shorter period of time, instead of studying for hours and still seeing that chapter undone on your study-schedule.Ā
Watch the sunrise: when I wake up late, I feel like I donāt have enought time to do my work and lose my motivation. I literally panic and then I think āwhatever, I could not complete all the things anywayā. So, if you wake up earlier you will feel more positive and Ā controlled.Ā
Smart reading: try not to read your textbook just like a newspaper. For every paragraph you read, try to underline and write down key words and then your question about that subject. Literally, turn your textbook into questions. If you write down question - particularly whyā¦? - and think about the answer, you will be more likely to remember that stuff later.Ā
Healthy lifestile: if you donāt drink enough water in the morning, you will be more likely to have a decrease of concentration in the afternoon/evening, so: stay hydrated. Try also to have some snaks every one-two hours: feed your brain.Ā
