New Blog, New Skins
Hello! Some of you may know me from my blog styloac, which I've had since like... 2013! It's ancient. The stuff on there is ancient. Hell, the people I follow on there are ancient, from ancient fandoms I've long left behind. They're still welcome to meet me here, though.
I've gone through social media to social media. Facebook was the big one for a long time, Twitter and Reddit's the current ones. But I miss Tumblr. I miss the vibes. I miss the interaction. Perhaps my experience was unique, but I didn't argue often on here, or get hatemail. It was relaxing and funny and the sense of community was unique.
I doubt that in this day and age, while Tumblr is a zombie crawling its way out of the grave, that I'll feel the same way I did before. I've tried to come back a few times on my old account, but I'm come back now, and I'm trying again with a fresh blog.
I will likely, as before, reblog a lot of the art or memes I really like, and maybe post some of my writings and art. Maybe my research, too? Or my off-the-shits rambles? We'll see. The old art tag of mine was #styloart. I will no longer be using it. It's outdated. I'll replace it with #bbjart, which is an ugly fucking tag, but it'll do. My old personal-post tag was #stylo talks and I will instead, here, be using #eli talks. If ever you want to read my nonsense, or blacklist it instead.
We'll see how this goes! I'm thankful for every one of you here. Welcome in.
