Hello lovelies. For anyone who’s new here, I’m your friendly neighborhood intrinsically-devastated, but you can just call me intrinsic, or M if you prefer! I’m going to be participating in tumblr’s #shareyourpride challenge, so here we go!

My sexual orientation is bisexual. I tend to prefer men, largely because it makes me feel safer as a closeted bi.

My gender isn’t as...solid? I don’t know. I guess you could call me gender-questioning? I’m comfortable with either she/her or they/them pronouns, and would love to explore my gender identity further.

So, I went into this guy’s Wikipedia page, because he looked familiar. And there’s this big “Controversies” section, so I was preparing myself to read that even the margaritas/pterodactyls guy has sexually assaulted someone. But it turns out that he hasn’t. However, he:

- Has been sued for copyright infringement for a ‘blasphemous’ musical rendition of a monologue from the 1950s

- He was on a plane with U2′s Bono and his family, and the plane was shot by the Jamaican police, who believed they were smuggling marijuana. He wrote a song about the incident.

- He’s actually a singer, and his better known song in called MARGARITAVILLE. He also owns the Margaritaville Cafe restaurant chain. And has licensed Margaritaville Tequila, Margaritaville Footwear, and a Margaritaville Foods. He owns the Margaritaville Casino, has released a “Margaritaville Online” game, and he wrote and starred in a musical called “Escape to Margaritaville”

- He also wrote a song called “Math Suks”, which was condemned by the US National Council of Teachers of Mathematics for its alleged negative effect on children’s education. 

- He was thrown out of a basketball game he was watching for using blasphemous language in front of kids.

- And he was detained by French customs for allegedly carrying over 100 pills of ecstasy. Although he was released after paying a fine, and, according to him, the pills were a B-vitamin supplement.

So, yeah, that was refreshing controversies section-wise, but now I don’t know what to do with all that information.

OK BUT WHAT IF CURLY WAS A FOOTBALL STAR AND PONYBOY WAS A CHEERLEADER

Okay so this has been stuck in my head since 11 PM last night and I’m pretty sure it’s why I couldn’t sleep, thank you hyperfixations -_-

-Pony went to alllllllll of Darry’s games as a kid, but always thought the cheerleaders were cooler

-His mom signed him up cheerleading the first chance she got

-Everybody thought it was really fucking cute to see this little tiny slip of a boy jumping around with pom-poms

-Meanwhile, Curly’s mom signed him up for football as an outlet for his anger and to get him out of her hair

-Curly ended up being a wide receiver since he was taller than most other kids and quick on his feet

-Pony and Curly kept up with their respective sports into high school

-Pony was co-captain of the cheer squad

-And a substitute for top of the pyramid since he was still so small oops

- He 100% wear makeup, esp eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow, and teaches the newer girls to properly apply it

-Curly’s the school star receiver

-He might not go pro, but he’s definitely going down in the record book

-Him and Pony drooled over each other for basically forever

-Surprisingly it was Pony who asked Curly out

-The game before homecoming Pony climbed to the top the pyramid at halftime with a sign that said, “#19, homecoming?”

-Needless to say, their first date was hoco

-Pony wears Curly’s jersey on game days

-Good luck smooches under the stands

-Pony 100% wears the skirt instead of sweats and Curly’s heart stops every time, fight me
