In #nyc this weekend there was so much stellar #yoga to marinate in - culminating with last night's Soul Sunday led by @_benshen_. We need to keep on showing up to do the work. @gurujagat "What if every single #woman on this planet was SECURE about herself? We come to our practice not only for ourselves but the 7 generations after us." Instead of treating ourself with violence - jealousy, insecurity, judgement, fear, regret - we need to treat ourselves with kindness. Just the people in your circle can create a shift. Think about how powerful that is if more circles have the same #intention. Self care. Self love. Self worth. It starts with YOU. Show up to deliver what you were meant to deliver. Collectively, as a #community, we have to support each other rather than compete against each other. We have to do this work for the future of our planet. #aquarianage (at Noho)
