I recommend searching Google Scholar and any other academic / library databases you have access to, on topics such as Religious Trauma Syndrome and its specific manifestations in your present or former faith. For example, keywords such as "sexual guilt catholic women" helped me to find many extremely useful/validating research studies and articles.
Religious Trauma Support Organizations note: some of these sites offer support groups with costs; however, all have helpful resources available for free. by and large, these are non-profits founded and run by survivors of religious trauma
