Obviously June is doing something right with her daughters, because when I was Alana’s age I was probably the same size as her and the last word I used to describe myself (my size anyways) at that age was cute. I hope I raise my children to have a positive body image like honey boo boo and her family.

Did you ever realize how much your body loves you? I mean its always trying to keep you alive. That’s all your body has to live for. Your body is making sure you breathe while you sleep, stopping cuts from bleeding, fixing broken bones, finding ways to beat the illnesses that might get you. Your body literally loves you so much. It’s time you start loving your body back.

So I recently found out that I need to go paleo for the next three weeks to isolate my food allergies and figure out what I'm reacting to. This is Day 3's breakfast: a hard-boiled egg with bacon & guacamole. I don't know why it never occurred to me to spread guacamole on bacon strips, but it so SOOOO GOOD AND YOU HAVE TO TRY IT.
