ReWatch: Supernatural - S14, E11

Ep 11: Damaged Goods Listen.  Dean hides his emotions behind a barely blank face, but when the man initiates affection with so much weight behind it - something is wrong.  Donna receives a long hug, she also knows something’s wrong.  Mary wants to give Dean his space, woman!  Listen to Sam, sheesh.  Of course she does once she sees Dean for herself, catches him building a cage.

Good for the worker at the story not giving info out on Mary to Nick, that was very considerate.  Donna pulls over Nick, she’s fantastic, although there was no need to mention Mary.  (And while watching this the first time I started to really worry about Donna, again being Season 14 and all).

The arrival of Nick is bothersome just because I don’t appreciate the storyline.  And Nick retained so much of Lucifer’s self that he’s able to identify and avoid a trip wire?  🙄  🤨 It all ends well, Nick arrested, Mary safe but the whole thing was (yawn)

These emotional conversations between Sam and Dean always heart me, but in the oh so good kind of way.  I do appreciate that Dean disclosed everything (ie Billie, the box, the door in his mind giving).

Fave Dialog Dean: When people are past the point of saving, you need to learn to walk away.

Dean (to Sam): You’re the only one that could talk me out of it.  😢

ReWatch: Supernatural - S14, E10

Ep 10: Nihilism Oooh, they brought back Pamela!  Is this Dean’s dream world as he’s drowning with Michawl in his body once more?  Bringing back a psychic they caused to die years prior while Dean owns a bar?

Violet, the Reaper, removes them from the penthouse and returns them to the bunker.  They did manage to get Michael in angel handcuffs, and then chained him to a pillar.  Michael sees Jack and tries to manipulate him by using half truths, it works a little, how can it not even with Cas’s assurance that Michael’s lying.

I do enjoy the way Michael talks, mainly because it’s Dean, but not.  When Cas and Sam enter Dean’s mind, Cas shines a light on the amount of trauma Dean’s experienced.  I love that Sam used Poughkeepsie to get through to Dean, the win is short-lived because Michael arrives spitting his version of why Dean said yes to Michael.  Just enough truth to make it seems real.  I’m sure Dean will handle being the cage for Michael on top of all his trauma.  (Although he suffer so well, which I know is horrible to say, but true.)

Billie broke the rules to save them and informs Dean that all his “endings” end the same way except one.  And we don’t see what it says, but the confused devastated look on Dean’s face is concerning.
