Re reading the original hunger games is so funny bcus katniss can literally read haymitch's mind like what. I'm dying of thirst but haymitch hasn't sent me water, that must mean that there's some nearby!! And one kiss is one pot of broth!! Like she even acknowledges that it's strange when she's like oh to peeta this would just be a pot of broth. Haymitch will give her one look and katniss knows immediately what he means and she's right every time

I honestly don’t know why people think that Katniss would tell us that Effie Trinket has a sister even if we assume that she knows this information. Katniss barely told us that Peeta has brothers. As in, we never learn the names of Peeta’s brothers. Katniss isn’t telling us a damn thing about Effie’s family members unless it is directly relevant to the plot.

thg wiki editors: according to the facts presented, glimmer, a career tribute, shows adequate proficiency with a bow. given how she used it effectivley in the bloodbath, one might even say she was decent. katniss, a skilled hunter, someone who deems anyone not able to show the same level of archery skills as her as useless, is not a decent judge of character.
