As someone who has actually watched The Pitt a total of 4 times and didn’t just get all my information about it from TikTok and Twitter (yes I’m being shady) these are the only ships that currently make sense to me:
Mohan + Abbot: Hot. Chemistry as well as both actors confirming that their interactions were to be perceived as flirting (literally my personal favorite and it better be canon or I’ll cry. Big shoutout to fanfic writers for feeding my hunger on this).
Garcia + Santos: I mean….. again… hot. Every interaction was incredibly tension-filled and dare I say sexual-especially in the beginning
Mel + Langdon: This one I go back and forth on a lot. Langdon is married but there is the theory that his marriage is on the rocks plus his addiction may be a problem. But the chemistry is definitely there and I enjoyed their scenes.
Robby + Collins: The actors did a great job playing exes. The angst was palpable and the scene in the ambulance was beautifully done. Unfortunately the Collin’s character is gone so.
Javadi + McKay: Go back and forth here too. Took me two watches but I see it!
Javadi + Mateo: It was pretty explicit but I also kinda see it just being a little crush and her getting over it.
Sorry to say these don’t make sense to me (at least not yet):
Robby + Whitaker: I’m sorry y’all I know this is the most popular one but I simply don’t see it.
Santos + Mohan: Eh, same thing don’t really see it. I see them being good friends and Mohan as a mentor, but who knows, wouldn’t necessarily mind it.
Mel + Mohan: Again, don’t fully see it but could be good friends. Also don’t mind this one.
Robby + Abbot: I see the vision but not the execution.
Robby + Mohan: Please stop.
All of that being said, I appreciate that The Pitt focuses mostly on medicine and those who practice it. I hope if they turn toward romantic storylines, they remain background stories and medicine is the forefront. And if you are offended by any of these opinions, I beg you to drop the parascoial and go for a walk :)
