Hey, everyone. I wish I was posting again with happier news, but due to recent events, the đ Beaujester Rightsđ server link has publicly been taken down.
This isnât a decision that I wanted to make, but to make sure the privacy and safety of my members isnât compromised, I have no choice. Long story short, some less-than-friendly people have joined our server in secret and leaked screenshots of our server to their own solely for the purpose to make fun of what we say. This, to me, is very upsetting, given the fact that I and the server mods actively discourage our own members from joining their server and causing drama, even just to tell them to stop. This is not what weâre about here, and I wish that others would show us the same kindness.
So, in the interest of protecting our members, some new requirements are being implemented to join our server.
1. The server link, obviously, has been taken down from the public. If youâre interested in joining, you must message a mod to get the invite link. Myself (@sylvanyas), @jainya, @reddybready, and @yashaschinstripe are all mods who can give access to the server.
2. The server link, however, will not be given until a background check is done on accounts of those who wish to join. This is to make sure that youâre not joining with the intention to deceive us. If you canât provide at least one other social media we can check, you will not be granted access to the server.
3. Inactive members will be put on a watchlist after a certain amount of time without being active. These members will be subject to being kicked after a week of inactivity. If we find that screenshots have been leaked again, all inactive members will be kicked without warning.
I hate to do this. I really do. But my initial goal for this server was to make a safe space that people could come into and enjoy Beaujester without having to see the hate thatâs so rampant on public Critical Role spaces. I hope you all understand and are willing to work with us from this point forward.

EDIT: Adding one more thing here because a concern was raised with our background checksâAll weâre doing is a quick scroll-through to make sure youâre not actively causing ship drama. Weâre not doing anything super extensive that would compromise the privacy and safety of our members. I apologize if the wording made anyone nervous or uncomfortable.
