Yeah man, this wizard sleepover is cozy. I just saw a guy gently clap his hands together and say "hot beverage conjuration" or something, and suddenly everyone was holding a perfect mug of their favorite warm drink in their hands. Danny Phantom really is a great concept for a comedy horror series. It’s too bad that concept had to enter the world through the mind of Butch Hartman.

Danny Phantom was the first fandom I was ever really active in as in I created theory and fanfic for it and I’ve been mildly disappointed ever since at the lack of vivisection on live subjects in every other internet community.

Teenage boy superhero is half dead and is hunted down by his own parents and possibly also his girlfriend and if his secret is revealed it’s not his enemies that will be a danger to him, but his own loved ones. All of his enemies know his secret identity, in fact. That is such a fascinating concept that was semi-wasted on Nickelodeon.

One time I was leaving a friend's place and an older lady with basically no English came up to me and communicated that she was very cold and needed a ride. She pointed to tell me where to go.

I got there and her daughter or granddaughter came out and was like omg her phone died we were worried

And then the older lady said something and the younger lady translated.

"She knew she could trust you because you have pink hair"

I thought it was funny at the time. But when I think back on it I think she was basically saying "you had a visible sign of not vibing with the system I was afraid of"
