This is our personal + system blog where we share life updates, mental health reflections, and innerworld/worldbuilding. Some posts are cozy and everyday. Some are heavier and honest. Sometimes it’s lore and magic. All of it is part of the same thread: surviving, healing, and building a life that feels livable.

About us 💎

We’re a pro-endo mixed-origin system of 50+. We’re an adult system. We became aware of our plurality in early 2022, after starting our healing journey in 2018. We’re currently undiagnosed but in treatment.

Collectively, we go by Prism or Cookie, and we use any pronouns.

How we refer to members

To stay open and anonymous, we use emojis when referring to members. Our core uses Tumblr the most, so they’ll make most posts.

Random facts our innerworld

The innerworld centers around a living World Tree named Amirdrassil, and a lot of our “system weather” and stability feels tied to how the Tree is doing

Different members hold different “jobs” that keep the whole ecosystem from tipping over, especially under stress.

There’s a peaceful recovery spot called Verdant Hollow: a cave with a hot spring, a waterfall, soft light through the stone, and a tree that drops calming leaves like nature’s weighted blanket.

There are 5 Guardians of the World Tree that are treated like celebrities by innerworld NPCs, which is both funny and deeply inconvenient.

We have daemons (spirit companions) for members, and if a daemon bites their host it causes intense pain but can also provide powerful stabilization. (Helpful, but… spicy.)

All system members have wings. My wings are stained-glass fairy wings. (Tehe I'm the walking cathedral window of the group)

Before 2018, the main reason we stayed alive was World of Warcraft. It wasn’t “just a game” for us. It was shelter. It was routine. It was a place our nervous system could breathe when real life didn’t feel survivable.

Now it’s different...

We still love WoW, deeply, but it isn’t our only lifeline anymore. We’ve lived. We’ve grown. We’re not as hidden away inside ourselves as we used to be.

These days, the thing that keeps us here is plurality.

Not in a trendy way. In a holy-fudge-this-is-real-and-we’re-learning-ourselves way. We love how different headmates can be, how wildly different systems can be from each other, and how roles and origins can form into something that actually makes sense of the past.

Plurality has given us curiosity again. It’s helped us find language, connection, and a kind of hope that isn’t fragile.

Since discovering we’re a system in 2022, we’ve learned so much. We’ve had host changes, we’ve gained members, and we’ve started to understand ourselves as an ecosystem instead of a failure.

And honestly? One of our biggest reasons to live now is this:

We want to see who we become in 5 years. In 10 years. We want to watch our system keep unfolding, keep healing, keep building a life we actually want to be in. 💗

We’re Back in the Dreamgrove ✨🌙

Hello again! It’s been a long while since we last posted, but we’re back! Not in a dramatic “grand return” way, more in a “quietly re-opening the curtains and remembering we exist” way.

The past year has been… a lot. Freeze mode, brain fog, chronic fatigue, healing work, life stuff, and the usual system logistics that eat time like it’s a snack. We didn’t disappear because we didn’t care. We disappeared because we were trying to keep ourselves standing. We had a job for 6 months and realized a lot of stuff about ourselves

What’s changing now:

We’re going to start posting again slowly and as we’re able.

Our PK/System Carrd is currently being rebuilt, so that’ll be back later.

We may tweak tags, formatting, and organization as we settle back in.

Almost all of us are non-human but we don't have the issue that a lot of non-human alters have. The whole uncomfy in the body. (Alterhuman wise) The reason why is because we all also have a 2nd form, a humanoid form. Most of us spend more time being "human" than in our original forms

The Best way to Combat Anti-Endogenics is Loving Yourselves.

Whether you are traumagenic or endogenic, the best way to combat this infighting and fakeclaiming is to love yourself and your headmates and to write about how wonderful and in love you are with your systemhood.

I have been on both sides, I've endured self hatred and felt self acceptance and it is what led my stance on syscourse.

As many have observed, there has been a lot of pressure on anti-endogenics, many have switched, psychologist have agreed with us, professionals have agreed with us, now all those left on the anti endo wall are simply held back by one thing, something that holds them back no matter how many sources you cite to them. That thing is:

self loathing. the amplification of plural struggle. the agony of being a "broken" individual because you have a disorder.

Why does this happen exactly? The focus of origin, the fact that they are so focused over their existence being trauma based and nothing more. To them, system=trauma, system=negative, system cannot be more than trauma. To them endos are systems= endos want trauma=endos think my trauma is good (instead of endos are systems, endos think being a system is good, not trauma).

If positivity was amplified, and real positivity not just validation, there would be a chance that systems may see this and realize that they don't just have to center their existence around their suffering. Trauma may be where I come from, but I can be more than it ever was. I am more than my origin, you are more than your origin.

When I was in anti-endo circles, system equaling suffering pushed me away from accepting myself, but when I found pro-endos I realized that systemhood didn't have to always be bad, no matter how much I suffered.

Being alongside endos was healing me, I was disordered, I was different, but I didn't have to focus on the negative. I didn't have to exist on the negative. I was disordered, but I wasn't seen as broken the same way anti endos viewed me. I was just different, thats all.

Watching endogenics love themselves made me do the same, it made me also support them and love them.

So to Endogenic systems,

PSA: The End of the Year is Not Your Deadline

Hey, you. Yes, you- the one barely keeping your head above water while the world screams about fresh starts and “best year ever” goals. Let’s clear something up: the end of the year is not a deadline for fixing yourself.

Mental illness doesn’t care about your resolutions. Depression isn’t going to pack up and leave because you bought a new planner. Anxiety doesn’t pause for fireworks. Trauma doesn’t have an expiration date. And guess what? That’s not a failure- it’s reality.

The highlight reels on social media? Forget them. The pressure to reflect and grow? Skip it. Your biggest achievement might just be surviving the kind of year that makes getting out of bed a victory. And that’s okay.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself for January. You don’t need to turn your pain into something “inspirational.” You just need to keep going, however messy or imperfect it looks. The clock will tick over, the world will keep spinning, and you’ll still be here- breathing, fighting, surviving.

That’s more than enough. Always has been. Always will be.

Traumatic memory gets created differently than normal memory.

Please reblog so as many people as possible can see this. People who were not abused don't understand this about traumatic memory and that is often a basis for them not believing you.

There's all sorts of complicated science behind how this works, but I'm not going to get into it right now because I really want to hammer home this very specific point and not get distracted by anything else.

Do not let anyone hold your traumatic memory up to normal memory standards.

Do not let anyone convince you that your traumatic memories are invalid because they are recorded differently than normal memory.

Your traumatic memories are fragmented, out of sequence, and dreamlike. They contain both very vivid parts and totally missing parts. This is all valid. This is how traumatic memory is recorded in the brain.

Having traumatic memories does not mean there's anything wrong with your memory. It's the way the mind and nervous system are programmed to function when in perceived crisis. So, if the majority of your childhood memories are traumatic memories, it's not because something is wrong with your memory, it's because something was very wrong with your childhood.
