Itty bitty stationery haul 📦📫 More of a re-stock of my favourites since elementary school, really. Luckily most of it was on sale! 🏷

Spent the day recovering from the move and treated myself to some mango kombucha today :) 🍾 Can't wait to get back to normal tomorrow!

Happy 1st birthday to my niece, first of all. This has been the main focus of most of my afternoon today. Getting ready and dressed up for her little party. Seeing the family together has been a really good part of the day. Dressing ollie up in a little shirt and waist coat has to be my favourite thing, look how cute he looks!

This morning my productivity levels were through the roof! Actually managed to get quite a lot done, and found a way to keep this up- hopefully!

Writing this list definitely helped with all of my tasks for the day, even the small every day things it helped me with. On days that I dont go out I wont brush my teeth or even my hair, I writing down made it so much easier to complete them. Giving me the satisfaction of crossing each task off my list was enough to make me do them!

I even cooked. Yes. Steaming some broccoli for my little one counts as cooking!

100 Days of Happiness :: Day 87 And 08.15.17 Daily Check In Did you really PR a lift if you don't take douchey selfies afterwords? 10# on my back squat... watching them numbers climb. Did DT for the first time today (definitely not RXd tho) and finished @ 10:48. Thankful that the rocktape stayed on my shoulder fine unlike yesterday. Ready for yoga in the AM then hitting core in the afternoon and testing out on our 1 Mile and our 1000m row.

100 Days of Happiness :: Day 75 Guess who had pictures taken during their workout. This was my fave!! Low weight, high rep push press during the metcon after finding our three rep max had me like 😥😥😥😥

100 Days of Happiness :: Day 78 & 79 Day 78 - sometimes I enjoy how clingy Nashville is. Day 79 - ran after the gym and felt like flying. It's amazing how much better of a runner I've turned into 😀

100 Days of Happiness :: Day 83 & 84 Day 83 - prepped 7 days worth of food for the first time. Day 84 - worked the 5k and set up next to 384 BANANAS. I was in heavennnnn.

100 Days of Happiness :: Day 85 & 86 Day 85 - my mom got out and moved and grooved with me. She's really trying to take control of her health any way she can. Making good food choices (where she can) and being more mobile (when her pain allows) and I love it!!! Day 86 - first taped up selfie in a while! Ordered some more rocktape online in anticipation for test out week. Super happy to have more on hand.
