Day 5 of 48 of this 12-week #calisthenics program! Did 30 #pullsups and my #crowpose off and on for #100seconds before I started the real #workout! #jumpsquats, #bodyweightrows, #lunges, #pushups, and FINALLY #burpees! Each of these exercises was for 60seconds. While I my stamina and endurance aren't as good as I'd like, it's a process to get to a higher level of badassery.
