Robert Sugden: Karl Davies (2005 - FINAL YEAR!)
Alright, get off him. You’ve done enough. (Part 2.3)
The last segment of the episode focuses on a gleeful Cain getting a two for one: beating up Andy while finally getting a flame to ignite in the barn. Robert mostly lurks in the background. Daz sees the fire from outside and once inside attacks and wounds Jimmy with a pitchfork! Cain and Robert carry Jimmy away. Andy realizes Robert was involved in all of the mess before there’s an explosion knocking him out.

So what now boss? (Part 2.2)
Robert is able to calm Andy’s dog down so they can carry on with their plan. Robert spots Andy returning so the trio get to work. Cain is unable to create a spark right away with the dry hay so they use gasoline. The dog’s barking has Andy going out to investigate…

What’s that thing about… my enemy’s enemy is my friend. (Part 2.1)
‘Lowlife’ Cain offers his services to Jimmy to take care of the Sugdens with ‘discreet, professional service.’ Diane isn’t happy with Jack’s violent streak (she didn’t marry a ‘brawler’). The trio of Jimmy, Robert and Jack plot a bonfire of the barn to make it seem Andy wants an insurance payout. Unbeknownst to Robert, Andy has fixed the quad bike so their plans won’t go as planned. The trio arrive at the farm.

Lying or not… there are just some people who need a SMACK in the mouth, and you’re one of them. (Part 1.2)
No Robert in this part. Jack and Andy question Bob as to who might have spiked Andy’s pint. Jimmy slips about vodka being the spiked bit but he still goes on about being innocent. Outside, Jack has had enough and punches Jimmy as Cain looks on gleefully.

I still can’t figure out how I could’ve been that close to the limit. I mean… I felt a little bit weird but I was tired from working late again. (Part 1.1)
We are now at the beginning of the end for Robert leading to his disownment by Jack soon. Jimmy has a lot of put downs for Robert not having dealt with Andy properly. Andy is still flummoxed about why his alcohol level was so high (maybe his drink was spiked) but Robert puts it down to getting old and Daz plays along with it. After, Andy airs his suspicions to Jack that his drink had been spiked and that Jimmy might be behind it. Well, let’s see what Bob has to say about it all…
