I really hope that TUMBLR doesn't fuck up the quality though. BUT can we please just enjoy how beautiful these games are:

1) Ghost of Tsushima

I could literally spend all day just riding my horse in this game, it's a beauty to look at. The clouds look so mesmerising and the wind is artistic. From calm woods too busy towns, this game is simply amazing. Also, the way the light is reflecting of the sword filled me with some kind of Joy.

2) A Plagues Tale

I just love the attention to detail on this game. With rain making clothes stick to skin, the visible scars on her face. Down to the expressions that they use for amicia. Also, the wood texture in the background even dark, still visible. I am in love.

3) Ratchet and Clank

Just because it's more on the cartoonier side of style, doesn't undermine just how absolutely breathtaking that this game can look. The way that fur is individual and Ratchet looks fluffy to the smoke from battles, and so much more.

4) Ac: Vallhallah

This game is gorgeous to look at. The backgrounds are so dynamic no matter where you look. From Jötunheimr to England. The birds in the sky, to the snow that falls and just the wonder of the reflection on the waters.

5) God Of War

Again, absolutely wonderful and erie in some cases. The ominous view of Zuez to the mesmerising glows of caves. The attention to detail on the weapons/amour also adds just something special to this game.

My ps4 I think up and died on me. It kept on giving me overheating warnings even though it wasn’t that hot... so now I’m using my brother’s cuz he ain’t gonna be playing for a while.

Also started Ghost of Tsushima....and if anybody has played it longer than me or had finished it... any tips y’all wanna share to me?

In Maneater, do you think none of this would've started if the Mother Shark didn't eat innocent people? I actually feel like Scaly Pete was the good guy in that game.

There are no ‘good guys’ or ‘bad guys’ in the game. 

Despite that the game is greatly exaggerating sharks and their behavior, hunting and killing sharks is technically killing the ocean’s ecosystem. Sharks actually help clean the ecosystem and they essentially eat just about anything, including license plates! 

Now lets think back for a moment and put ourselves in the shark’s shoes, the Mother Shark doesn’t know the concept of innocence, morality, or right and wrong. It’s an animal and it’s simply following its instincts. She likely was attacking those people because the humans were probably in its territory or maybe that spear at its side was causing it to become extremely enraged and irked to the point where it lashes out at anyone and anything indiscriminately. Again, even though sharks technically wouldn’t bat an eye at humans, they are territorial and since this is a bull shark, it would be slightly accurate in this situation because bull sharks are far more aggressive than even great whites or tiger sharks. 

Scaly Pete isn’t pure himself. The man could’ve just killed the bull shark pup and he wouldn’t be going through all the trouble he was experiencing in the game, but alas, his pride and arrogance as a shark hunter lead him into losing his son. Technically, the main shark didn’t kill Kyle, it was a freak accident. Plus, the guy was so driven with hatred and rage, he went as far as to dump toxic waste in one of the areas of the map in the game. That’s polluting the ocean’s waters and damaging the ecosystem. 

However, the shark was a threat to humans and has uncanny intellect and scarily determined than any mere shark that ever exists in the game while Scaly Pete is a threat to the ocean’s ecosystem. Both sides are neither good or evil. But, in reality, we humans are the real monsters because we kill sharks out of ignorance or inconsideration for the ocean ecosystem, placing them as endangered species.
