Day 5 of blogilates' 28 days of reset!! The workouts are pretty tough but otherwise I am feeling great 😍 🔝buckwheat banana waffles for breakfast 😋
Okay, please be kind. It took a lot for me to post these. I can't believe the difference! I only lost 10 pounds, but I see a lot of progress in my stomach and oblique area! I decided to start Cassey's (Pop Pilates) 28 Day Reset. I cut dairy, gluten, sugar, processed food and alcohol out of my diet from January 2 to January 29. I'm gonna be posting all my meals through this diet, I hope you'll like it and I can motivate some of you to try it :)) #28dayreset
Day 20 and T-24
Yesterday was heavy legs day! Did squats, lunges, hip thrusts, leg extensions and deadlifts! Also did 30mins on the elliptical.
Brekkie- omelette with cabbage and beef
Midi- nothing
Lunch- chicken, curry goat, broccoli, coleslaw and potatoes
Midi- chicken and snapper rolls
Dinner- a dinner roll, shrimp and pork with mashed potatoes and a scoop of ice cream
Today is my last few hours away from home. My suitcase is packed and I’m in last session. I can’t wait to get home 🤸🏽♀️

Day 28/28. By the end of the day I would have stuck to and completed the reset. Trust me when I say, if I were on my own and not following you all, I couldn't have finished. I'm loving your progress pics and quotes. I've met new friends and grown a lot from this reset and will continue it. #28dayreset
